Baez is mounting a far, far more agressive defense than I thought was possible with the evidence & he is delivering his remarks in an astonishingly passionet manor.

Sadly, when you yell about everything, it tends to be less and less impressive the longer you go. All I hear is alot of shouting about everyone lying, -except- his client who is a -proven- liar.

Ya know I'll be absolutely completely honest.. I've not read the pages of posts to see what is the majority of opinions one way or the either.. Have been watching all day and just logging in!!

My poor hubby has heard me yell and curse at the large screen of our living room TV(thank God my 13 year old sPent the night at a friends and won't be home til 6pm).. Because I have cursed Jose Baez and his client in great detail today...

And as much as I absolutely despise Jose Baez I had told my husband that as much as I hated to have to admit that Baez's AFTER lunch closing arguments for the first 1 Hr and 20 minutes that Baez IMO most likely had made some headway with atleast one juror.. He was doing a good job of creating doubt and tho I personally believe it's nothing but spun BS, I feel that it could be that atleast one of the jurors "could" possibly be swayed with Baez's closing.. I can admit that but after the hour and 20 minute mark I was yelling at my tv and hubby that he was entering the over staying his welcome and becoming a droning nuisance.. He should have ended it completely!!! But he did not and thus we are now where we are now with Baez's incompetence and inability to control his mouth took the train onto a collision course of derailment!!!

Baez at this moment is sealing his clients fate!!!

Thank you Baez for coming thru for us who are dead set on justice for Caylee.. You just scored big points for Team Caylee!!!!!

I say let him keep digging and droning on.. Hammer every nail into Casey's coffin of fate!!!

Go team Caylee!! Ashton and LDB have shown more love for Caylee and their desire to see justice served on her behalf.. Sadly that cannot be said for a single member of her actual family!!

Rock on Ashton and LDB!!! Bringing and driving it home for Caylee!!!

One of the talking heads says that JA has been smiling/laughing throughout the trial and she suggest that they look at the tapes. I say, go ahead and she'll see that JB smirks and shakes his head toward the jury SEVERAL times thought the trial. Also why is ICA allowed to sit there and shake her head no when the SA is talking. I thought that she waived her right to speak. Put her damn head in a neck brace to stop her from shaking her head no.

I swear JB implied George should have used the gun to kill himself. If George should harm himself when this is all over, will anything happen to JB? I doubt it. No matter what I think of the Anthony family or the dysfunction, no one deserves to be destroyed in open court this way when they aren't even the one on trial. I may need to give myself a time-out here.
