Bill S talked about timer55 and I too was very impressed with JA when he said that

okay I was impressed with everything JA said
They said it was very impressive investigative work too. I have to say that WS members came up with that long ago.

I am still half-expecting Casey to go for a mistrial during State's rebuttal, she could stand up and scream "my dad raped me and nobody cares about ME" or something to that effect...I thought she was going to do it this morning, but she still has another chance...she will surprise me if she just lets this go to the jury without some kind of tantrum...

Not going to happen, JP will make them stay until all is over, I'm pretty sure he said that. DT has about 3:15 more hours to go, and State has about 2:45 for rebuttal.

I think so too. JP talked about getting through jury instructions today. IMO he don't care what time it is. Doubt the jurors do either. They're already missing the holiday weekend.

After deliberations complete, they will have a section where the jury can answer questions if they choose to do and it will be aired. Can't wait!

Does anybody know when the password "timer55" was set? Were those records ever pulled to see when the password was created? Was it her myspace password? Sorry if this has already been answered but I couldn't find it in the search.

I'm just going to have to retrieve my question at the beginning of this circus where I asked if JB is deliberately trying to cause a mistrial, appeal or whatever due to his incompetence. Some people said that he wouldn't deliberately damage his career like that and sacrifice himself to ICA.

Maybe he's shooting for an alternate career and using the notoriety of this case as a launchpad to another job? TV legal commentator?

[Despite the fact he is showing NO signs of being capable of speaking in logical, cohesive, coherent sentences.]

Forgive me I'm new. :innocent: Do they not sentence her immediately after the verdict?

I guess in Russia they would take her out back and put a bullet behind her ear, but here there's a space of about 6-8 weeks between verdict and sentencing.
And no bullets behind the ear. Pity. :twocents:

Frankly I do not care about who did not smell anything near or in the car because

the important people who smelled it and knew to identify it as the smell of decomp were very clear about what it was.

Overlooking the passage in Exodus that has the phrase "Thou shalt not lie"

What was that? Oh yeah - THE TEN COMMANDMENTS!

Along with all those other annoying bits about coveting, honoring parents, committing adultery, bearing false witness, stealing, and murder?

Nope. Don't think that particular book is going to help her the way she wants. Not now.

Perhaps if she had read and taken its contents to heart long ago.

They can't be home for the 4th, they are sequestered till after the sentencing phase...

Not necessarily true.

It's up to Judge Perry's discretion whether he wants to allow the Jurors to go home in between verdict and Penalty Phase.

Personally, I believe he will allow them to do so if they return a quick verdict.

VP bringing up a good point that JB said in his opening that Caylee drowned. Now he is saying there is no evidence of how she died.

That's a GREAT point! He just about said what we told you about the drowning ain't TRUE! I'm sure he'll get to this scenario again later (it IS unfortunately allowed in) but why would the jury believe it after making this STOOPID statement to them?

Very interesting Lee is not there today.

Could someone please help out a chimp? When JB was crossing Forgey (?), didn't Forgey say Jose had him draw a second car on Mr. Easel?

"Mt. Easel, help me please, to find the rainbow's end...."

I agree with you. I think verdict tomorrow, with them deliberating part of today and tomorrow.

Just MOG (my own guess)

No way i think the state will speak again and im not so sure JB is any where near his end lol

Theres the train again!

It seems to me that KC's lies was very profound and believable for some odd reason to them. I mean they even still believed it even after the LE pointed out to them it was lie. Yet Cindy still kept on believing her.

It's easy to believe things you want to believe, including there is hope your grandchild is alive and not dead. Grief is a profound motivator.

Before all that though, I am having a hard time now skipping over that Caylee was suddenly ready to being telling it like it was, as Jeff Ashton portrayed it for the motive.

I don't discount it entirely, obviously, kids squeal on your unintentionally, even if it's as simple as "Mommy sick, her tummy owie."

I wonder what the jury will make of that.

Would that actually be grounds for a mistrial or just cause her to be removed from the courtroom?
