Uh oh - had to let the dog out and start dinner for my 90 year old momma - did ICA have a crying spell at the end there? Thought I heard TH's saying it might have been because the rebuttal was delayed until tomorrow morning. Also, WESH mentioned something about JA possibly getting up at the end as if he was going to do rebuttal.

You are a good daughter!!!

KC did have red eyes but may just be tired after baez and cheney...

Jeff DID stand up at end before HHJP "eased" court but I couldn't hear what he was saying, but think it was in reference to this question prosecution asked that HHJP had to go research....

Guess HLN doesnt cover this procedural stuff? Lizbeth who's name is escaping at the moment, is sitting by Casey and speaking for the defense.

So Bill S was just talking about how JB's pictures (used in his display) were taken by the Sentinel photographer Red ____ but that apparently Red had not provided them to the defense and it sounds like did not authorize their use. JB is nothing if not consistent in his lack of ethics.

Unreal! :thud:

They're going over the charges right now.

Sorry for the OT but what is Goody Powder? It sounds like something I might want! LOL

LOL, you must not be from the south. They are probably one of the top 50 *legal* drugs in the south :) They are like BC headache powders but I think they are better. Work usually in about 15 minutes--and they really work, normally. This trial has made me doubt their effectiveness on many afternoons though. They contain aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine.

Should read ''''top 5 legal drugs in the south'''''

HHCJBPJr does have a very nice demeanor when he is not provoked and he recovers quickly

Surprise. JVM thinks Baez was much better than Ashton today. Surprise...not.

He had visual aids!! Evidently that is the end all, be all! No visual aids and making your point in a short coherent thoughtful way is wrong!

I saw that and muted the tv. He gets on my last nerve.

Why do I get the impression Judge Seidlen has only been following this case for about a week?:waitasec:

Plus, little Ms. Cindy pants is a perjurer...

That was the first thing that came to mind. If she gets away with it, I can imagine there'd be more than a few very unhappy campers.

Today Ashton said something that caught me off guard.

He said Casey killed Caylee because Cindy would not have let her just leave her daughter.

I thought about that and wondered how she could stop her from doing that. Then it dawned on me just like the has in their back pocket, Cindy had hundreds of bad checks to get Cassey thrown in jail if she did not stay home and take care of her child. No doubt she threatened it.

Did he state this verbatim? I am trying to remember, but memory right now is he said something about Casey wanting to live a different lifestyle and Cindy was not going to let her....meaning, she was going to force Casey to be a mom.....

I see the inmate has recovered enough to resume her legal aid duties

After a request from LDB, JP said the lawyers could remain seated while they voice their objections. But LF keeps standing, so JA is doing it again. So funny.

What was just overruled?

"Same previous ruling as before" - I take that to mean it's gonna be left in?

KC reading along like she understands...

I'm watching wesh.com. They're going over the charges.

LF is doing the work for the DT. JB doesn't seem to be there, but the whole SA table is.

HLN just showed a live shot of Baez walking down a sidewalk--alone--with his briefcase rolling behind him. He has left the courthouse.
