hope to hear Richard's thoughts on the fillibuster like nature of this afternoon. Doe he feel it was calculated and does he feel it was a mistake to push through so state would have the jury fresh in the morning to rebut?

Will the jury be able to convict without knowledge of the fight that ICA and CA had the night before? Because I think the motive is weak...why wouldn't she just leave the child with her mother, many mothers do when they are too young to face the challenge of motherhood. Her hatred of her mother, and that fight is what pushed her over the edge.
