I have been an alternate mock all along
I only came to my conclusion on Sat. night
But I fear I reached it by additional info I read (book) not presented in trial, so I don't know how I would have gone as a real juror. I believe first-degree now...

I just have a pretty basic cheap Tracphone but it does have text...I thought they all did now? I am not even smart enough to know what a smart phone is

I didn't see her on the hallway camera when the entire DT left together this evening.

Isn't she quite pregnant? Might be uncomfortable for her to be out in public with him. Not everyone wants to strut their baby bump - especially in this heat and with these crowds.

He certainly wouldn't be able to escort her in and out and might actually fear for her safety with the media pushing along with them.

I don't think Caylee drowned, but I have 7 kids and have been a foster parent ,and yes a 34 month old could definitely climb that ladder.An 18 month old could IMO. Not every 18 month old,but I had 2 that were climbing ladders that early.

I do not for one nano second believe Cindy left that ladder up!

Now did Casey put it up and maybe was going to go swimming with Caylee and forget about her while she was on phone with Tony or someone or maybe on the computer???? But wouldnt you call 911?

Hmmm...are you sure it is that door? I've been watching the hallway camera all day and it seems as though that door (on the lefthand side) is used for various courtroom personnel, as well as the lawyers. I saw DCS exit, Judge Perry, the sound guy, etc.

Well we can see the main courtroom door, halfway down this hall on the left.

If you are standing in that door looking into the courtroom - the jury box would be to your left.

I would imagine the jury room is also somewhere behind their box as we never see them cross the courtroom when they have a break.

So from in the hall - I assume the jury room is somewhere behind where the camera (and our view) is sitting.

I didn't realize ICA would go back to the courtroom this evening! I was perusing these boards and read she was in the courthouse! Hubby had left the TV on and I rewound HLN (LOVE that DVR) and saw the dismissal. This is the first time I have seen the courtroom on TV! I always watch online. No wonder nary a word has been said about ICA's extra-low chair! The HLN banner covers it all up! I really had a much better view online! Also, ICA looked much more colorful than the pale face I always saw on my laptop!

Yes, but they did have two jurors removed and replaced during deliberations which slowed it down.
