I would have thought the same thing up until the awful Dugard tragedy came to light. I don't know if you heard of it, but the media really had no access to Jaycee Dugard and still much has not been heard (which is a good thing in her case) I am afraid this will happen with Casey if she chooses to hide.

Now THATs a book I want to read. The Jaycee Dugard one.

I don't think ICA looked "pretty" at the sentencing at all. Her jail makeup did not look good on her and her hair looked stringy with 3-year old dead ends. Her face has aged 10 years in the last 3 IMO.

I truly hope this law becomes nationwide and on Monday I am going to send a letter to my state senators to push this law in my state and hope all will follow.

I just wanted to say thank you to those who have already sent their letters, I did sign the petition but have not yet sent the letter to my state officials.
I am so happy to hear that something positive is coming out of this tragedy and glad to see that Caylee's name is attached to this law so she will be rememberd for years and decades to come.

I just wanted to share this story I remembered seeing on an episode of 48 hours awhile ago. The recent verdict has left such a depressing feeling regarding the justice system. The death of Michael Golub reminded me of one of those times that justice has (so far) failed. He was a genuine good guy that loved his child and his life was cut short by the evils in this world. Yet, the way in which Michael's mother and sister continue to on with such a positive outlook on life is such an inspiration.

some one i know called me and said now if that tree struck by lightning starts to form an image of the virgin mary that would be incredible. many times people say they see religious images and such on buildings ect. nothing would surprise me in this case. its about the most unreal things seem to happen - do not turn it into something ugly about religion please. people travel to places in the world they believe hold some thing of miracles. this could become one . i believe in miracles, angels and more, there is a beautiful church in orlando by disney- mary queen of universe if in orlando go there if you believe in a place of incredible things. its a world sanctuary for miracles. i went there almost every day when i needed to believe a miracle would happen years back. i love the church and truly believe in angels. the church is a natl shrine. there is more to orlando than disney

I Agree. And OBTW, I am not a conspiry theorist - usually the exact opposite. But SOMETHING was hinky about this trial!!! Some of these Jurists were dressed to go home on the day they were sent to deliberation!!???!!! As the Scott Peterson Jurists have stepped forward to say, NOT ONE BIT OF EVIDENCE WAS REVIEWED!!! Even the Scott Peterson Jurers say something was hinky about these Jurists. They didn't pick up ONE BIT of evidence.

I agree, D. If we are right, and those jurors were really "stealth" jurors, or just wanted to get back to their lives in too big of a hurry to really look at the evidence, I wonder how they are going to feel when KC does something else, maybe has more children and kills them, or does something to GA and CA!!!! I really hope they can live with themselves then.

I really enjoy her on Levi's show too. She definitely has great insight, and doesn't mind saying exactly what she thinks. I really like her; have her book.
