And this is for??? My mind has been bad mush since Tuesday.

Casey has to do a depo with them for the ZFG case. She got a subpoena.

I expect she will stick with the drowning, cover up story. I will guess that this will be filmed as the rest of the Anthonys were?

And, once she admits in a filmed depo that this was the above, and she knew it, it may give some push for the Tim Miller and State financial issues.

You bet. I think this was a major dupe-job and I hope prosecutors all over the country are paying attention!

To clarify my remarks on air today; while I personally believe that Casey loved her daughter and I do not buy into the premeditation argument, I nonetheless believe it was most likely her negligence that resulted in her child's death and her post-death conduct was reprehensible to say the least.

The point I was trying to make with that as a premise, is that even though Casey was acquitted, the public would never want to hear her story. But, I could see her trying to sell "Caylee's Story," since legally, she would be the only one who could, and as revisionist as it would be, the public would buy that.

Also, my thoughts were very jumbled today, as I was livid that the sentencing was so obviously staged and had been worked out in advance. If Judge P really wanted to give her the "worst" sentence, he could have denied her credit for the 400+ days she was in on the check fraud charges. That would have put her in jail until next year.

But I think politics played into his thinking and since the general public would never know if a stink was not raised about it, he probably told the attorneys in advance his plans so he can get Casey out of jail and out of Orange County's hair.

Thanks for the insight what happened today in court ...

I'm curious though as to why you say that only KC would be able to tell Caylee's story ??

IMO KC does not need to give persmission for the story of Caylee to be told ... this was a very public trial and crime so anyone could do a documentary or movie or book about it without the Anthonys persmission based on the events as the case unfolded ... at least that's my understanding
I think the whole Anthony family is going to be surprised that them telling their story is not going to be in demand the way they think it will be (at least that's my hope)

Sorry if this was asked on thread #1 - there is over 100 pages to wade through over there. But why was ICA allowed to come to court in civilian clothes today. She was a convicted criminal appearing in front of a judge only (no jury) to receive her punishment. I thought in instances where someone in custody was in court but not exposed to the jury it wasn't prejudicial to have them in their jail clothes.
