See my previous tweet by jfell that ZFGs attorneys were gonna basically drop a bombshell.
The anchor at Fox 35 said something about if this was going to "burden the judge's time" he would have to recuse himself and that we just may see HHJP again!
Apparently ZFGs attorney has something up his sleeve! :woohoo:

If they were trying to get an emergency hearing for today wouldnt that mean that the new judge and new hearing would be today seeing that the whole point is to catch her before she goes into hiding? We just wait to find out the new time?

I think ICAs attys figured they could wiggle out of this whole suit a frivolous - it would seem Mitnik and the County of Orange don't think so. I suspect this is just the beginning and as evidenced, we are going to see a lot more civil actions down the pike for the darling

well that trick play worked in the criminal case (recusal) - hey, it remains in Orange County's jurisdiction so we've got a sword hanging over her head.

This will be SO funny if they make her stick around the area to wait for the next judge to take the case and not be allowed to take off and address these civil suits. We all know OCSO is so ready for her to get outta dodge though!
