Judge J: Is the lawyer controlling the client? Or does CFCA not want anything to do with her parents?

Just to keep things straight, LP hasn't filed yet, he says he plans to do it next week. I don't think he will.

Parade of friends and boyfriends who only knew her a few months.

Sean Daly, her high school best friend, is speaking out.

According to SD, the Casey portrayed in court is not the one he knew.

JJ: Did CFCA kill Caylee?
SD: I can't answer that. If anything happened, it was an accident.
JJ: What happened?
SD: Life change. Things change.
JJ: ...Did you know her as a liar.
SD: I wouldn't call her a liar at all. *didn't catch remainder of answer
JJ: Did she tell you she was pregnant
SD: She called me saying "Hey Sean, guess what?
JJ: What did you like about her?
SD: Happy. Fun. A real friend.
JJ: When was the last time you hung out with CFCA?
SD: The week before she was incarcerated. Never heard of Zanny the Nanny.

SD: CFCA called him the morning prior to the arrest. Tried to call back, but no answer. Not my place to be on the tv everywhere.
JJ: What was it like in the Anthony home?
SD: It was good. It was fun. They were good people. Cindy was pushy. Trying to be more of mom than CFCA.
JJ: Where is Casey?
SD: Couldn't tell you, but she is probably close to home.

Sean Daily is the BF. He doesn't know what happened to Caylee. She was a straight arrow in HS.

I didn't know her as a liar, just a little bit more than normal. She called me and said, Hey guess what Sean I'm pregnant.

She didn't tell me who the father was. I didn't ask. I hung out with her a week before she was incarcerated. Caylee not with her.

I got a call at 2:30 in the morning the night before she was arrested. I tried to call her back but no answer.

Family life was pretty normal. I went to both birthday parties of Caylee. Tension between KC and CA. Not KC & GA. I think she's still in the area.

SD: Believes Caylee's death could've been an accident. Tension between CA and Casey; no tension noticed between GA and Casey. Casey always happy; "straight arrow", designated driver. Never told him who Caylee's father was. Called him morning before she was arrested; left message. Believes she is hiding close to home.
