Judge: When did state of Fl learn written announcement was different from oral announcement...?

Pros: I learned when Judge Strickland followed t amendment...

It seems to me as a non legal person that if the function and requirements of probation are to do be released into the community and then do (a) (b) and (c) every month- and the offender has not met those requirements then she has not served her probation. How COULD she have met them when she was not in the community?

Precisely

Their fight against this probation is opening the can of words on sentencing, time served...etc

oh my... I have not had my coffee yet

Opps I guess as they say be careful what you ask for. DT might not be breaking out champagne today. :floorlaugh:

EXCELLENT question JP (was my first question after DT admitted they KNEW) and good response from George....

Does the probation office do any work in Florida? No paper work to the prosecution??? INSANE!!!

Do it yourself, Jose.

SA did some very good research to try and arm JP.

The 1927 case law seems clear to me. Casey comes back!

and that the DT knew it was an error when she started in-jail probo.

Administrative probation is supposed to only begin after the offender has served half of their probation (along with other factors).

  • #294
The DOC stated that this was not "Administrative Probation."

Mr. George IMO has done quite a good job this morning...well done Mr. George!

:banghead:

One minute it sounds one way as in HHJP will rule FCA has to do the probation, and then the next minute it does not sound like it.

I want FCA to do the probation as was ordered in court by Judge Strickland!!!

yammer yammer your time means nothing to me yammer yammer

OT - have we heard anything about sanctions for the DT members for their behaviors during the trial? When is JBP going to rule on that?

Maybe a letter or two reminding HHJP re: Sanctions after trial.

NOOOO....he said when HE was aware.....his office has in their possession copies of EVERY letter, legal notice, phone call, jail visit on VIDEO tape and everything else that happened in jail...they KNEW and can't truthfully claim they did not.
