Very interesting in this case the prosecution was asking for reimbursement for bringing the case and HHJP granted this. $100 is all but still it tells that HHJP is open to this.

Plead to under 20 grams, time served, court costs, probation. Concurrent, drug eval. counseling, treatment program, random drug testing, 50 hrs community service.Payment rate of 20 dollars per month. No wonder FL is going broke.
