I would say early 60's.

I have walked in his shoes.
I was a 911 operator back 40 years ago.

I don't get him either and I really don't think he gives a rat's about what happened.

BTW, passionflower I love your avatar, Weeping Angel. I have a framed photo of the statue my daughter gave me 2 years ago for Christmas. I am hoping to get a small replica to put in my garden; I let her do my grieving, so I can put it aside and carry on with life as necessary.
