Will CWW be eligible for bail? Hope he doesn't have his BFF's passport.
'Wright's attorneys fought his extradition back to Florida, saying he has evidence showing Wright was in Missouri when Teresa Sievers was killed.'

That's going to be interesting. Almost like a chess game.

It won't matter what CWW (or MS, for that matter) claim as an alibi because JR is going to sing like a :rubberducky: or a tweety bird!
I betcha' JR has plenty of evidence that LE will enjoy & JR will get cut a deal. The "Masterminds" will be "played "!!!

I think there may be ways to spoof your location that don't require an accomplice.
Do you mean using a digital device? I've never heard of that. How does one do that?
I think he waived extradition because he's as interested in the unsealing of the warrants as we are. He wants to know exactly what LE has on he and his friends. He still thinks he can dig himself out of this mess.
I'm not sure how they do it, but it's true. When my daughter broke up with her very tech-savvy ex-boyfriend about 4 or 5 years ago, he wasn't having it. That guy put my whole family went through hell for at least 3 months (maybe longer) He called us ALL non stop. I won't get into the nightmare of it all, but he used some kind of software/app that I now know to be burner - disposable phone numbers. He made the calls to us look like they were coming from different people. For instance, my daughters name and number would show up, but it was HIM.
He even had spoof voices he would use. I would imagine it has gotten even more sophisticated these days.

This is, actually, very easy to do. My 12 year old and his friends do it to me. They make the incoming call appear to be from someone else. Its a "*" something function on cell phone.
CWW's cell phone, iPad, anything with tracking capabilities, could leave a digital footprint in Missouri while he was actually in FL.
Lol, depends whether you are prosecution or defense whether it is evidence! But that's not Evidence is it?
The phone or the I pad is in Missouri dosent mean the person that owns it is.

Maybe his (stand by your man) wife is his alibi?
If CWW never left the car in the parking lot of Walmart and engineered an 'I was in Missouri!' alibi, the truth might not be immediately clear from the evidence. JMO, maybe it was the plan all along, to waive extradition or maybe LSCO poked holes in CWW's alibi and :seeya: abandon ship, argument.
Ya know, I recall Chase Merritt's attorney saying he had severe heart disease and would likely be dead by August.'Wright's attorneys fought his extradition back to Florida, saying he has evidence showing Wright was in Missouri when Teresa Sievers was killed.'

But he was INSIDE Walmart with JR. I just re-watched the Nancy Grace episode from Thursday Sept. 3 that I can't believe I had TAPED!
SMS says:
Unfortunately, I'm not able to share what THEY purchased, but I will tell you with certainty, we know what they purchased to the ITEM and of course of interest and directly germane to the case and I can't specify what IT was because it would be ...NG > interrupts right here (reckless and irresponsible to the case) < I used closed caption that is slower and caught the words. She interrupted to ask, was that before or after the murder
She even talks about her twins to the sheriff (every night she gets that in somewhere)
Nancy noticed he said THEY. SMS confirmed they were both there.

Also, if CWW's attorney was planning to argue evidence places CWW in Missouri at the time of the murder, then either 1) CWW was on camera inside Walmart very early on the 28th which would make it possible for him to be back in MO, I guess, at the time of the murder, or (more likely IMO) 2) the attorney had knowledge that CWW's face was not on camera inside the store, and with that could poke holes and create doubt with other evidence that tends to prove CWW was in MO. Who knows why the attorney abandoned this argument - my guess is additional evidence was produced to debunk whatever it was that "showed" CWW was in MO.

THIS attorney was never going to argue anything. .. it's a Florida case, not a Missouri case. Cww will have different attorneys in FL. And none of this would be relevant to an extradition hearing, which would have a very narrow focus.
I don't think there's been any indication that he's hired fl attorneys yet... could be he has and the mo atty is working with them already on an investigation.
I tend to think it's just talk, though.
