Ack! I hope and I am not reading this article correctly. Would warrants and docs be unsealed as soon as CWW is shipped to FL? It sounds from the article that if he appeals, perhaps we won't be learning anything. Say it ain't so!

It won't matter what CWW (or MS, for that matter) claim as an alibi because JR is going to sing like a :rubberducky: or a tweety bird!

I betcha' JR has plenty of evidence that LE will enjoy & JR will get cut a deal. The "Masterminds" will be "played "!!!

I wonder if CWW's alibi is the Mrs saying he was home with her.

For him to be in Missouri at the time of the murder seems like he would have had to burn rubber out of the Walmart parking lot to make it back.

I think there may be ways to spoof your location that don't require an accomplice.

I'm not sure how they do it, but it's true. When my daughter broke up with her very tech-savvy ex-boyfriend about 4 or 5 years ago, he wasn't having it. That guy put my whole family went through hell for at least 3 months (maybe longer) He called us ALL non stop. I won't get into the nightmare of it all, but he used some kind of software/app that I now know to be burner - disposable phone numbers. He made the calls to us look like they were coming from different people. For instance, my daughters name and number would show up, but it was HIM.
He even had spoof voices he would use. I would imagine it has gotten even more sophisticated these days.

I think he waived extradition because he's as interested in the unsealing of the warrants as we are. He wants to know exactly what LE has on he and his friends. He still thinks he can dig himself out of this mess.

That's phone number/caller ID spoofing and it's a well known problem.

I never heard of someone spoofing a digital devices physical location so LE thinks it in a location other than it's true one.

Yes. This would be easy to do with a jail broken iPhone, for example. The device could then be used to spoof GPS data stored on Apple/Google servers.

This kind of evidence is introduced by both sides, more commonly the prosecution, I would say. Relevant evidence means evidence having any tendency to make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the determination of the action more probable or less probable than it would be without the evidence. For authentication purposes, telecom employees are routinely called to testify in cases involving cellular data. Its up to the jury to determine whether the owner was, in fact, with that particular device.

If CWW never left the car in the parking lot of Walmart and engineered an 'I was in Missouri!' alibi, the truth might not be immediately clear from the evidence. JMO, maybe it was the plan all along, to waive extradition or maybe LSCO poked holes in CWW's alibi and :seeya: abandon ship, argument.

I remember this actual night because it had so much info. It's the first time we hear about CCW being at Walmart. She did not KNOW that SMS is releasing NEW information! She kept going back to what JR's neighbor saw and said...but we already knew that. That was NOT the "Bombshell" for the night.

It shows the actual raid on CWW's house. I see a red van, and a silver sedan.
Neighbor says they have a white van too.

Tyler Juliette talks about JR's schedule. Clocking out at 6pm on Fri. 6-26,
Not scheduled to work from Sat 6-27 till Tues. June 30 at 5PM. Foreman calls him Sat. 6-28 wanting him to work on Mon. 6-29 and JR tells him he's out of town in Florida and can't come in....You all already know this and the brother story.

Not that a defense attorney would ever put something out there that was less than true...

Completely just my opinion, and I can't wait until we know for sure but I have a feeling CWW sent JR into Walmart and waited in the car. Technically, "they" (both JR & CWW) would have been at the Walmart in Ft. Myers, JR inside, CWW outside.

I'm sticking to this assumption because I think CWW considered himself one step ahead, would know better than to step foot into Walmart (but didn't realize the quality of the parking lot cameras). Let's not forget CWW may be a complete fraud but ic-all.com was a security surveillance company, a vendor for casinos. CWW knows how security cameras function more than the average person. He knows better than to go into Walmart for a close up, IMO.

Also, if CWW's attorney was planning to argue evidence places CWW in Missouri at the time of the murder, then either 1) CWW was on camera inside Walmart very early on the 28th which would make it possible for him to be back in MO, I guess, at the time of the murder, or (more likely IMO) 2) the attorney had knowledge that CWW's face was not on camera inside the store, and with that could poke holes and create doubt with other evidence that tends to prove CWW was in MO. Who knows why the attorney abandoned this argument - my guess is additional evidence was produced to debunk whatever it was that "showed" CWW was in MO.

I don't think there's been any indication that he's hired fl attorneys yet... could be he has and the mo atty is working with them already on an investigation.

I tend to think it's just talk, though.

Right, but the MO attorney was representing CWW in the extradition matter. A Missouri case. IMO, the MO attorney was planning to argue improper identification at the extradition hearing; that FL did not have "proof of identity" fingerprints, photos, placing CWW in the state at the time of the crime. This is a very relevant argument to be made at the extradition hearing. If the MO attorney had a particularly strong argument, a MO judge may have delayed/denied extradition. Might have been an attempt to probe the evidence against CWW.

If CWW retained private attorneys in FL, I wonder where the money came from. IMO, CWW will end up with court appointed counsel in FL.
