Just as NBC-2 News stated that CWW appeared in a "suicide prevention suit", the National News broke in with something else!

Ok, I was wondering what he was wearing. They didn't even unlock him long enough to hold the phone himself. I wonder where he is going to get the money for a private attorney.....that's going to be pretty pricey on a second degree murder charge which will probably upgraded to first

Maybe his BFF MS will pay for his private attorney! I don't think the suicide prevention suit is standard. I have seen other first appearances that don't show that.

Nope, you are right, it is not. During the whole booking process you meet with a nurse, they ask your medical history including if you have or have had depression. If you answer yes they will send a specialist to evaluate you on your mental state. I was informed that if I was suicidal they could either put you in some type of safety chair or suit and it would be in isolation. This was my Lee County experience. Short visit but very unpleasant. Straightened my azz right out for sure

He was living a very modest lifestyle and his wife is waiting tables. Hopefully something can be done if he tries to pay his attorney with drug money.

Just want to add that the reason for my *joke* was that we've never had so many threads for a case here at WS. Most of us are just used to a couple of threads, along with a Media thread.
I can now see the reason for the madness need for different threads, as this case has so many different/bizarre elements.

CWW may have answered the questions in such a way as to indicate depression and/or mental instability so that he would be assigned to an isolation room, rather than being stuck in general population.

My thoughts exactly. Hold those cards close to the chest so nothing is compromised. I get that, though am curious as ever. Interesting CWW doesn't need public counsel. Someone is paying major league bucks on this one!

Thats sure what it looks like to me . So if it wasnt planned and it wasnt robbery WTH was the motive? jmo.

Maybe they'll be bumping it up to first degree (hence the sealing of docs). Remember, it would require a grand jury for 1st degree. But if they just happen to find even MORE info, they could easily bump it up a notch.

MS has been seen by other neighbors daily and on several occasions. The "No Trespassing" signs had blown away and were replaced a few days ago by him. Because it's not the MS thread, I will not post more, but, yes, he has definitely been seen daily at the house.
