Hey, have you read any of the 33 page Investigative report that's in the Sub-Forums under Documents & Filings? For starters, MS refused to cooperate with LE as of July 7, at which time MS criminal defense Attny said everything had to go thru him first (I'm sure this is the usual Attny-client path as such). LE then submitted a list of reasonable requests to the Attny needed from family members for process of elimination during this first part of the investigation. Then LE was told by the Attny that their requests would not be fulfilled.

And so it goes.

Yup read every word, twice. Looking for any evidence that could lead to a conviction.

But we know that at least one of those requests was fulfilled. Because SMS said he had extensive talks with the girls.

This is EXACTLY the way Josh Powell went with the boys. They were home schooled too, IIRC. Can anyone else chime in here?

Well that's a big red flag BUT hasn't that been the norm through all this? Those kids should be with TS family up North PERIOD. Just the way I feel----get them far & away from the chaos, into those loving family members & move forward. They don't need to be so close to the Circus that's unfolding but soon to explode.

So it will be added trauma when the girls are eventually removed from the custody of MS and taken in by either of the named guardians (uncle or friend) in Teresa's will. They will feel as if they are living with the enemy. What a horrible man he is to turn these children against their mother's family (I'm also referencing earlier articles regarding their interaction with their uncle and grandmother)!

I'm afraid I do not see him letting loose of these girls willingly. He is another Josh Powell IMO. I hope there are plans in place for their safety. The brainwashing can be sorted out later. Poor little girls.

Perhaps I am shell shocked from the Arias trial: If MS goes to trial, does anyone think he and his Defense team throw TS under the bus and bring forth the sordid details of their alleged swinger activities?

Speculation I know, but I am not understanding why MS thought it relevant to tell the police that they engaged in swinger activities. I am still trying to wrap my head around that one. Did he make that up to deflect his actions, affairs and cheating? I would put nothing past him, but I hope for his daughters' sakes he doesn't go that route.

Child protective services certainly doesn't have to wait for anything even close to enough evidence to convict before moving the kids out of the house.

LE found evidence of both having affairs BUT regardless, MS will use that and anything else to elevate OR victimize himself---whatever his sick mind thinks might work. AND any Attny worth his/her salt will throw TS under the bus for MS, the client.

I agree. But it's one thing to get the paperwork done in order to move them. It's what MS will do when CPS actually comes and physically attempts to move the kids out that has me extremely worried. He has nothing left to lose except those girls. I don't think he will allow anyone to have them if he can't, and certainly not TS's brother. JMO but I'm scared for those children.

I honestly believed I'd wake up this morning to an arrest and news that the little girls were safe and with extended family.

This guy needed to control his wife and daughters. The wife has been taken care of- the girls are and will be the primary focus of that need for control. I think he would choose control over them than even money. If he's looking at having neither- he's desperate. IMOO

I am afraid of this happening and I doubt MS will take the high road since he seems to like the gutter. I hope for once in his seemingly selfish life, he will spare his children and not go there. Wishful thinking I know.

I can't help but say that I knew it was him.
