I'm back, but I have a lot of catching up to do! Just read this press release, and WOW.

Swinging, multiple affairs!? FIVE life insurance policies amounting to 4.4 mil? What a mess. JMO it seems like TS was pressured into a lifestyle that suited MS, both sexually and financially and when she was ready to get off the crazy train, that led MS to plot her death. But I'm not sold on TS taking part in a swingers lifestyle. Just a hunch, perhaps MS thought if he said they had an open marriage, the evidence of his extramarital affairs wouldn't seem so bad to LE.

Rough timeline

June 29 - MS denies infidelity in his marriage to LE.
July 1 - MS tells LE about swinging, and then hands over his cell phone. Cell phone reveals evidence of his affairs with multiple women. Sometime between July 1-7, MS retains a defense attorney.

MS retained counsel around July 7... I wonder if that had anything to do with MS's July 8 FB post ("I want to Thank everyone for their support and prayers during our time of great sorrow. This fund was set up by a good friend of ours but the monies raised are going to be donated to "Good Shepherd Ministries" of Ft Myers, FL in honor of Teresa. This is one of her favorite non for profit charities that she works very closely with to help get people off the street and to find affordable housing. I hope this does not offend anyone. Again, thank you for your continued prayers and G-d bless you all.")

And best part, IMO, is that apparently AW did them in by crying about CWW's trip to MS's home to repair a computer. I bet she's crying more now that CWW is in FL permanently, at least I hope so. Of all people, AW should have had empathy for TS's family, she should have done the right thing like JR's girlfriend. Disgusting.

Totally agree about AW. I've always felt that she was a victim, however, she may now have charges against her.

Who disabled the house alarm? If I'm reading correctly, it was turned off the morning of, before these jerks even inputted the GPS for the Bonita address.

Yet its also being reported that MS told his mother the night before not to bother resetting it since Teresa would be home that night?

i think it's intentionally a convoluted story
i also think the reason that MS's mother could not reactivate the alarm is because after it was deactivated by someone, the code was reset or rendered invalid

Sievers involved in wife's murder, investigation shows

One of the questions brought up in the affidavit is who deactivated the house alarm system at 6:09 a.m. Sunday, June 28.

Bonnie Sievers, Mark’s mom, was in charge of feeding the family pets. Detectives found that she had visited the home on the afternoon of June 26, and twice on the 27 and 28 to give the two dogs and one cat food and water.

During her visits she used a garage door code as well as a security alarm deactivation code, both previously given her by her son.

Statewide Security, the company responsible for the alarm system, found that the alarm had been deactivated with the code Bonnie Sievers was given at 6:09 a.m. Bonnie Sievers told detectives she did not get to the home until 7:45 a.m. and didn’t know how the alarm could have been deactivated earlier using her code and how the residence remained secured.

She told detectives she reactivated the alarm at 8:01 a.m.

She returned to the home later that day. She told investigators she never reactivated the alarm because she could not get it to set properly. She said that when she called her son for advice he told her to leave it deactivated because Teresa was due home that night.

As a patient of Theresa,s I've been reading and praying all along this would not be the case. I'm with you when you say I'm speechless, I can't even barely move. Now Mark can continue to lie about Theresa,s character. Can't he just save face for her to her girls and her family. This is not how we wanted it to end, but finally it's over and the good Lord will surround those girls and Theresa,s family with His love and support. Because nothing else can stop this hurt Mark inflicted on his family. I'll just sit here and be numb for a few hours and pray for them.

A download from Mark Sievers’ phone showed evidence that he had been using a secondary “burner” phone for communication between Wright and himself, the affidavit said. Mark Sievers would text Wright the phrase “hello brother from an” other mother” as a signal to start using his secret phone, according to investigation documents.

Mark Sievers and Curtis Wayne Wright had almost daily contact via text message, according to the affidavit. The texts released in the affidavit show Sievers was concerned about privacy regarding their communication, at one point stating “do not want to really use ‘secure txts’ as I believe nothing is really secure once its out there.”

The texts continued daily until June 25, when they stopped at 11:03 p.m., the affidavit said. On Saturday, Sievers texted Wright saying “no need to call me. Hop ur having a nice day.” They ceased contact until June 30, when Wright texted Sievers saying he’d heard that Teresa Sievers had been killed and that he and his wife Angela would be traveling to Florida.

Three media vehicles have been out front. Okay to say MARK just pulled out with a reporter trying to catch him...off he goes. One news crew left...there are 2 remaining. Needless to say, people are petrified!! No idea if the girls are in the car, but my guess would be, yes. He does not leave them. Again, to family & friends..my heart goes out to you with each word I type. Just trying to keep everyone informed of what's going on at the Sievers' home.
