You can see the kitchen island in this pic posted by MS. Compared to the floor plan, this what I come up with: red star, pantry; blue line garage entrance way into kitchen, with refrigerator to the left.

I have a feeling that another arrest will not be made until after the holidays. There is a statement that I recall somewhere, which I can't find that SMS had referenced the girls being without their mother for the holidays. Does anyone know where this was from?

Maybe MS had larger hidden stash of greenbacks than he admitted to LEOs and has bn using that for living exp's since her death.

Definitely a possibility. If he has an additional stash of cash, LE more than likely knows. The $40,000 he supposedly had in the safe won't last long between typical household expenditures like a mortgage, car payments, groceries, utilities, etc... in addition to his attorney fees. I would not be surprised if he stopped making payments on the house after hearing how he managed the office expenses.

If he did indeed have a secret slush fund in the safe or wherever, it's just another nail in the coffin. If you're not planning your wife's murder and aren't worried about collecting on her life insurance, why have that kind of cash in your home safe? Especially when the IRS is knocking on your door.

But if he did have extra cash, why raise red flags and setup the account immediately?

Yes, it was a friend's statement to LE and the exact sentence says "around July 11." I'm being a PITA about accepting that exact date as fact yet since it could be part of another story CWW has told (or not). The gas purchase does confirm CWW and AW must have been in Florida for well over a week, though. Plenty of time for CWW & MS to get their stories straight face-to-face voice.

I think the wording was strange in that part of the document. As I recall it was in reference to Lubinski's contact with CWW -- that Lubinski recalled no other contact with CWW after 6/25 until he returned around 7/11. However, the recent article states that Lubinski hasn't talked to CWW since four days prior to TS's death. So, I'm thinking the part about returning around 7/11 is investigator's knowledge and not from Lubinski. Also, the location of the gas purchase on 7/10 is consistent with being en route from the Fort Myers area back to Missouri. If we knew the time of the purchase, we could extrapolate what time they likely arrived back home. However, it's quite likely LE knows from the Garmin GPS data.

My theory is: CWW & JR knew precisely when she was on her way home. (Gotta know that using his burner phone, Mark texted his "brother of an 'other' mother" - "She's landed and otw to the house".) They timed it out and were in position. Likely hid in the walk-in pantry when they heard the garage door open. TS parked, unloaded her luggage, entered through the utility room into the kitchen and put her luggage, purse down. Then these evil men bolted out of the pantry and ambushed her. My prayer is she was knocked unconscious quickly after the first blows of the hammer to her skull. I hope she didn't suffer long. :cry:

To my knowledge, there hasn't been anything posted on his Facebook since the last post on July 12. Unless his newer posts are now private, but none of his older ones are.

If anything I think having the girls in a decent home for the holidays would motivate LE. SMS is not going to delay anything so the kids can spend the holidays with that monster.

IMO, MS tracked her phone to the house and probably told them exactly when she pulled in the drive. I can't remember where I saw it, but the day her body was found, he stated that he had tracked her phone to the home and that's how he knew where she was. IMO, he probably tracked her phone a lot.

Statement #1 of Mark Sievers:

M. Sievers went on to explain that after learning of the decedent's failure to show up at work the following day, he tracked her phone and saw that it was at their residence on Jarvis Road.

After being unable to contact the decedent, contact was later made with M. Petrites who was asked to conduct a well being check,...



i just noticed it never says MS called her or texted her after learning she didn't show up for work.

But, didn't MS say when she contacted him from the airport (and there is so much info in this case I don't really remember where we landed as to whether it was a text or a call), that she stopped to get something to eat.

Maybe in the early stages LE wasn't sure if she was followed from the airport or the killers were already at the house, so they wanted to see where she may have stopped on the way home, for food or gas and if it correlated to where they had been either from the GPS, receipts, etc. (though they do know now) Possibly she had been followed--any charges on the card would help with timing of various stages recreating the timing of TS's trip home from the airport.

And if MS was not going to answer the question who told you about her death, I doubt he willingly would allow access to her credit card.

Obviously if it was used after her death, that's a problem for the killers.

Wasn't TS a vegetarian? I bet JR and CWW are not. If those idiots took her card and used it to purchase food that would have been an immediate tip off.
