This makes perfect sense, the double doors are the doors to the den! This was bothering me, thank you.

How could the doors to the den be latched from inside the den?

I do agree though, where the report says 'both doors opened and room was cleared', meant the first priority was to ensure the perps weren't still there and LE must have gone through all the rooms such as den, master bedroom etc.

In the wedding pictures CWW cuts the cake with his right hand several times. Here is one (if not okay posting it, I understand, Source is a FB page):



However, CWW has martial arts training. He is even tattooed with a Ying and Yang symbol according to police reports. On myspace you can see some swords on top of a dresser. He is definitely trained in weapon attacks and defense. As a trained martial artist, he is familiar and fairly precise in using either hand for an attack (with or without weapon) or a defense. What will be important is the angle of the weapon during of the attack. Even though he may be trained to operate ambidextrously, he will still show signs of a dominant hand including body posture.

Yes, she seems to have been brutally attacked with ecchymosis (bruising) of the upper right adnominal quadrant, her left arm, her right forearm and left and right legs.

What convinced me is lack of double doors anywhere on floorpan except den or entry. I think the other doors may be sliding glass doors.

It's an inside door--couldn't the door latch be turned from the outside and then the door closed? I would test it out on the double doors to my bedroom except then I would have to pick the lock if I'm right haha.

Yes he does! The only small detail worth noting is that the 3 men appear to be posing with the drink in their left hand, the 3 women in the same pic (in unedited set) have the drink in their right hand.

Yes he does! The only small detail worth noting is that the 3 men appear to be posing with the drink in their left hand, the 3 women in the same pic (in unedited set) have the drink in their right hand.

Since the wedding ring goes on the left. Some people that are married will hold up the left.

But some may be truly left handed as well.

Idk. But good catch indeed.

His shirt appears to be untucked in all the wedding photos so his belt isn't visible. It's also impossible to see his right wrist in the photos. But he's not wearing a watch on his left wrist.

The sad part is. None of us want to die even though we are all going to at some point. But when a person decides that it's your time for the sake of them having a better lifestyle; Is very atrocious and needs to be met with death as well. Jmo.

So I'm truly tired of the life in prison when they could give these guys death.

Because Teresa didn't want to die. Especially like this and especially before her girls were able to experience life as adults. Jmo.

So the justice system needs to stop supporting murderers who are simply confined with people like them. Jmo.

Bloodstain pattern analysis can show whether the assailant was swinging with his right or left hand. The arcs of the cast-off from the weapon onto crime scene surfaces will show this. Also possible that a handprint pattern could show whether the hammer was held in the right or left hand. Assailant probably wore gloves, but enough characteristics of the hand could still be transferred in blood onto the handle of the hammer to make that determination.

The perps made sure that the crime scene would be a fairly easy cleanup- kitchen tile and concrete in the garage.

Those dogs would have tracked blood all over the house if they had been able to get to her body. Lucky for Mark heh?

Do we know if the rest of the house, family room, bedrooms etc. are carpeted? The kitchen is the heart of the home in most houses, folks spend a lot of time there.

My kids do their homework at the breakfast bar or table. I wonder what it's like for the Sievers? I can't imagine eating or preparing even one meal in that kitchen. Sigh.

I don't understand this. According to this link, she is not associated with them. Did Mark leave her thinking she was still accepting insurance and had hospital privileges at certain hospitals?

The obvious overlooked question: Just HOW did CWW learn of Theresa's death from Missouri? There certainly wasn't any coverage of it in this area. So how? By whom? Clearly didn't learn of it from Mark. Defense better have a good answer to that question....
