A criminal defense lawyer representing Sievers is at his custody hearing, as is a top prosecutor from the State Attorney's Office.

DCF admin Theresa Fracek says an investigation was initially started in early August, said they couldn't get much info from LCSO at time.

DCF learned that Mark Sievers was a suspect in his wife's killing at the same time the public did last week.

I am SO RELIEVED to see the prosecutors, SAO there with DCF! They are really ready to FIGHT HARD to protect those girls. Thank God. Just seeing the tweets I feel cautiously optimistic because I wasn't feel that way over the weekend.

If the Court leaves you no choice, ARREST HIM! One way or another, this has to end and the girls need to be safe.

either way, since MS has appeared and the girls are not present they could slap cuffs on him at the conclusion of hte hearing if need be and the girls would not have to witness it and are somewhere else, safe.
