Why didn't the gosh darn Judge with the idea that this could be the outcome demand that MS AND the girls come to court today?

heh, I'm just THRILLED that Mark is there. They could arrest him today if they feel the Court may rule against them.

I have wondered that as well. Normally children are removed then the emergency shelter hearing is held. This was sort of backwards

DCF needs to come out and be blunt/ Needs to say given that he is likely to be arrested for orchastrating the brutal slaying of the children's mother to shelter them with family members could place those family members in extreme physical danger. This is a man believed by LE to go to great lengths to remove someone in his way through violent and fatal means.
