IMO I don't think he is going to harm the girls. I feel this way for a few reasons but despite both being involved with the murder of the mother of their children, JP and MS are 2 very different guys. Both sick in the head but in very different ways.

Remember, MS didn't have the guts to even be in the same state when his wife was murdered. After today, he most likely thinks he is untouchable. I see no reason to harm the girls and he won't go out like JP b/c IMO he would never harm himself.

I pray that I am correct and that he is arrested sooner than later!!!!

CWW and JRR are behind bars, where they belong for their part in this murderous plot, but they were not the "master minds' behind this crime and truth is, if it were not for Mark Sievers this crime would never have been committed. If it were not for Mark Sievers, Theresa Sievers would still be alive. The true murderer walks free.

I'm afraid of the one that made a calculated decision to end the life of his wife and the mother of his two children by paying someone else to do it for him. I am afraid of the one that joyfully loaded his family on a plane to visit said wifes family, partied it up for his mother in laws 75th birthday, happily drove his wife to the airport while anxiously awaiting news of her demise. I am deathly afraid of the man that housed one of his brutal, murdering puppets in with his brutally murdered wifes family for her funeral- his brother from an 'other' mother. LOL- isn't that frickin' funny?

I am afraid of the man, that is sitting at home with two innocent children as he watches his plans go up in smoke.

Gee... yeah, I see the logic dear Judge and DCF. Lock the other two up and leave that one free...

I am praying that Theresa and the angels are protecting these sweet little girls because to me, for now, it seems the State of Florida has not done what is needed for them.

In reality, I know that DCF has to make their case...give the judge evidence to rule in their favor. The judge can't make their case for them...and they didn't remove them first...if they believed they were in imminant danger..they could have snapped them up and figured it out in court later..which they didn't do.

That judge might as well as verbalized it this way:

Mark's civil rights are more important than the safety of those children. Kids always get the short end of the stick because they can't vote.

Disappointment and outrage at the ruling here. DCF were covering their collective butts by stating that they have seen no inappropriate parenting by MS. Do they even know MS had the girls on the roof playing cards? Did they even speak to the neighbors? Do they think it is healthy for the girls to live in a virtual prison with all of the front blinds being closed and those rooms shut off from the sunshine?

Does this judge know any of that or make it her business to know? How can she really think that leaving those girls in a time bomb situation is best for them? Their Dad is on the verge of being arrested for arranging the MURDER of their Mother and is alleged to have done so in investigators' reports. Being around someone paranoid about maybe being arrested and going to jail is good for the girls? Healthy surroundings? Oh, h*ll no!

These poor little girls are going to be forever scarred due to their Mother being brutally murdered, much less the lasting emotional damage of knowing that they lived with someone who arranged it.

I am just sick over this ruling! Also, WHY didn't DCF remove the girls when they could have and THEN had the hearing scheduled? The girls could have always been returned to MS (UGH) had the judge ruled they must be.

I doubt that Mark feels untouchable. If he's read any of the evidence against him, he knows better--knows that he and his confederates have been fools. So with his time running short, I wouldn't count on him behaving even "as well" as he has in the past, which was sick indeed. It wasn't necessarily a lack of guts that kept him in CT during the murder, it was an effort to avoid detection. Now his ship is leaking badly and everybody knows the captain lied.

I'm worried with his ego and narcissism, his attitude is going to be 'If I can't have them, no one can'. He seems to be that type of person to me. I also think if TS was going to divorce him, beside the money factor, he had that mentality with her too. She was the one getting the attention... he'd lose it all.

Seems to me that Lee County Law Enforcement is going to have to answer to a lot of people and a higher authority if anything further happens to the girls. And yes, I said further for a reason. Those HIPPA laws were invoked in court for a reason. AND I PUT NOTHING PAST THIS MAN. An illness that seemingly has NO EXACT CAUSE could absolutely be brought on by the environment and STRESS and paternal conditions/manipulations that the children are living under. Makes me sick thinking about it.

Hopefully attorneys for the family can put more pressure on DCF. Maybe signed affidavits from family, neighbors, or anyone who can testify to the isolated environment of no friends, no play, no grief counseling, no extended family support system coupled with a signed affidavit of an expert witness, such as a child psychologist stating the long term psychological effects of living in such an environment. IDK.... grasping at straws.

The 4:00 news shows Trent Kelly live on Jarvis and the garage door goes up behind him & MS backing into the garage/prison. The 6:00 news will interview neighbors who are extremely upset with today's decision. There is also mention of MS having the girls on the ROOF...maybe DCF should ask neighbors what they have witnessed. They would be able to get at least 4 neighbors who could swear to seeing MS allow the children to play on the roof.

i think ms is major stressed and ready to totally lose it. on top of everything he knows he looks like a total idiot. that is totally not acceptable of narcissist psychopaths. i hope we don't always wished they would have grabbed those girls while in the courthouse.

i was a Social Worker years ago and i can guarantee DCF Director, and county big whigs, including; county manager, county attorney, etc are all over this. if ms should get off if arrested or not get arrested at all, ms could sue the ---- out of them for taking those kids away.

Istiff.... I agree with you about MS planning his wife's death. While MS is smug/arrogant, evil & coniving, he has no balls when it comes to the 'dirty work'---that's where CWW & JR excell (not to mention CWW's flare for fashion).

What does worry me is that MS is a desperate man now. And that desperation is growing day by day---he's being watched 24/7 by LE, news media, then neighbors & the general public. Also the released info the public knows about him, etc. Then WHAT has or might JR or CWW reveal to LE. CWW & JR have a past, or 'data' as to their behavior, MO doing dirty deeds. MS has a past but no list of such dirty deeds regarding violent behavior----you never know what new desperation will bring out in someone like this. MS is on new turf now with no way out. Prayers for those little girls.

Don't have much to add except another vote of frustration. I wish the judge would keep in mind the charging documents are for his best friend CWW. I will venture a guess LE has more on MS but because he was in a different state when his wife was murdered they need more than circumstantial evidence. I'm ready for MS's mug shot.

Thanks for pointing this out. I never thought of this. I guess DCF is playing their cards right. I just wish these girls were in a real school. They are so sheltered by not having any interaction with other children. At least that's what it appears to me.

I have the feeling any one of us on here, or all of us collectively, would have given up our entire weekend to strategize how best to make the case in court this morning with a backup plan to get the girls away from him. I also have the sickening feeling that our state (Protective and law enforcement) let those girls and Teresa and all of us down by not giving up their weekend to develop a lock tight strategy. It is indeed a miserable, helpless feeling...

I had a feeling this was gonna be the case sadly. IMO the judge's decision was made because those girls are not gonna go easy, as much as we know we would assume it would be an easy decision. But to those girls mark is their safe place. This is so sad, MS decision to take the life of his children's mother has affected so many lives. So evil.
