2016.01.07 Discovery Docs Batch 3 - Crime Scene Images included

I know the pried door was part of the staging, but do we know that the attempt to pry open the door was actually successful in getting the door to open? It's hard to visualize exactly what would have happened when they finished the prying. How would that have gotten the locks themselves to open or retract enough to get the door open?

Does anyone else think it's weird that they live near St. Louis, where Budweiser merchandise is everywhere, but they bought the shirt in FL? (Scratching my head)

I think of several home uses for it including fireworks, candles, drugs, grilling. But it's strange to keep it in a van used to shuttle kids unless it's for lighting cigarettes.

Snipped and bolded by me...those lighters are often used for crack/meth pipes because you need to hold the flame to the pipe longer. It's so the user doesn't burn their fingers.

I've known people that used and were able to hold very good jobs, go to work daily and no one had a clue. These were generally people that had gregarious personalities. Intermittent drug use and perhaps using other drugs for the down times (when not on meth/crack). People use those little pipes that looks like a cigarette to smoke meth/crack by mixing it with tobacco or weed (also sometimes just put meth/crack into a cigarette). IMHO MS probably still used.

The regular spring loaded type lock assembly on the bottom would be very easy to pry open with a pry bar just put in and when it is pulled back stresses the latch side and the door side enough to separate the two so it opens. The dead bolt did not look like it was activated as not enough damage to have pried it

Theses guys just continue to show how dumb they really are. I have this exact type lock on my door knob, as most of us do, and the simplest way to break in is to give the door several good strong kicks!

The wood around the door facing cracks in several places, but is easily fixed and much cheaper than calling a locksmith.

In no way am I defending MS, but I think the drug use is limited to a little weed smoked in a pipe perhaps? IMO, this apparent marijuana use is probably one of the least concerning MS red flags, so to speak.:moo: I highly doubt TS would fail to notice whether MS was using hard drugs and if so, he would've been long gone.

I haven't seen in a warrant as far as drug collection and analysis. I agree ..who cares in this situation if somebody/anyone smoked a little bit of weed and kept in the safe.

I think even the newspapers have brushed over that as I think it should have been. Marijuana a little bit in your safe is a non issue. And is illegal in Florida .. but.. I think you get my drift. Law enforcement knows many upstanding citizens do. :moo:

Still :waiting: for the fourth document dump which was said to be coming last week.

TS put up with a lot more than I think many of us anticipated... I hope she would have used something like hardcore drug use to get rid of him.

Well if someone is building a case against MS and is trying to get the girls out of the house it is a big deal. Does he clam bake with the kids in the car? Does he smoke and then drive the girls around or smoke and then let the kids get in the pool?

Everything Mark Sievers does is a big deal, IMO.

There are actually 2 door frames with bloody prints in the docs! The one door frame is the entry to the kids bedrooms/ bathroom (butterfly shower curtain)adjacent to one of the kitchen counters (tissue box on counter). The other door frame is the entry to the guest bedroom/ bathroom with door/ access to the pool (TO THE BEACH sign hanging over wooden sliding door)! The entry is in the south / east end of the family room. That outside pool access is the door, that possibly looks tempered with.

Did the killers possibly enter and or exit through that pool door?

That wooden sliding door is the door the dogs were behind, when LE entered the house. They had to undo the lock (reach with hands inside to lift the lash), that was engaged from the inside of that hallway. Check in police report.

I do not understand. Why would she need that as an excuse to get rid of him?

To me, he seems totally unappetizing. So why an excuse? Can't you divorce for any reason? What did she need him for? She was making great money at the $11 thou a week a doctor's wife on here calculated. Plus she had infomercials and supplemnts which would bring her income up.

I think most people are repulsed by MS.

^^^ I know I'm repulsed by him. I don't get it at all and it seems some of the closest people to her didn't either.

It's always so strange when everyone else can see the huge discrepancy in a union but the person or people in it don't see it at all.

I have a childhood friend who is an 🤬🤬*. He's handsome and charming and can be so much fun- for a moment- but most of the time is just a jerk.

I do know his childhood backstory and I do think he has a heart and feels compassion- he just can't seem to control himself (much more than I can say for Mark Sievers) but my husband doesn't think he does and he's probably right.

My hubby finally put his foot down and we no longer invite him to our events or gatherings- I might never have cut him off on my own but I know it was the right thing to do- we have kids- it wasn't a good message to them.

Anyway, I don't think I'll ever understand how someone like Theresa fell for him in the first place- he's really not that attractive.

She however is beautiful- inside and out... was... Was beautiful.

Sigh.

How did she fall for it and stay so damn long?

Considering MS drove the girls around, there's no way TS would risk their safety if she had knowledge of MS using hardcore drugs. I agree though, she put up with a lot but I do think she was looking for a way out.

When I look at that floor plan it occurs to me there is no way they would let her take anything to the bedroom....or get past the kitchen...Too many
possibilities for her to escape. I also think the blood on the door frames is from the killers not her trying to escape....jmo
