BBM. I know! Very specific. She knows more than I did at her age about hammers. Definitely didn't know 'ball peen' was a kind of hammer.:giggle:
I agree that in her statement, her seeing a "ball peen hammer" was so matter-of-fact.
Also, does anyone else recall during her interview LE corrected and/or questioned her about whether "they" or "he" killed TS and she re-affirmed "they" killed her. Which makes me think there were two murder weapons.

I don't recall reading or seeing any foot prints from the murderers. Did I miss it?
With blood all over a tile floor, IMO would be slippery. How did they not transfer it on their shoes? boots?

Nor do I

I do. Taylor was certain that JR told her "they killed" and that she believed he didn't really hurt TS, he couldn't hurt "anyone".:jail:

Maybe because they don't show the overall pics of her in it makes it harder to see where they could have been standing during the blows that caused the most blood. Idk

But good observation.

The dog could have been licking her to wake her up or show compassion or licking and nudging on her ear. Idk.

Now they probably didn't think it was money motivated. So they may have quickly assumed a possible sexual motivation.

So they may have checked the dogs dna to help narrow down any dna that they find on her.

Or they could have simply swabbed the dog to see if he bit the attacker. Idk

Didn't they find dog hair in the rental car?

Not sure, but if they had something like this over their shoes...could they have wrapped their shoes in towels? Would either method result in the lack of a boot imprint? The only way I could see this working is if they sorted of skated over the floor. My head is spinning.:scared:

ETA: Did anyone catch any bloody paw prints? How did the dogs avoid stepping in the blood if they were close to TS's body?

So many crime photos we see prints made by shoes boots being made like in garage.......LE must be keeping that close to the vest or is this part of staging?
In the garment found by the road with blue latex gloves, did LE ever state or show how much blood was found on it?
Was there only 1 garment found? 1 pair of gloves?

Given the crime, I didn't think there was much blood and blood splatter either. We're not seeing everything though. I also found it interesting that there weren't any dog footprints. I figured they'd have the blood tracked all over the house.

The dogs may not have left TS's side until MP arrive which may account for the lack of dog tracks throughout the house.

IIRC MP said the dogs were right there when he opened the garage (or laundry, I forget). If the dogs were with TS and moved to greet MP (because he discovered TS after seeing the dogs) then there should be prints. Maybe we just don't have them yet, but if the dogs traveled from a bloody area any movement toward the garage should've been evidenced by prints, right?

How long does it take for blood to dry on tile? Is it possible like someone said that the dogs tried to clean the blood off TS? And perhaps cleaned the crime scene. If the dogs were lying with TS, their hair may have soaked up some of the blood. Idk, I thought I saw dog prints in some of the photos (not a lot).

It is strange that there aren't dog tracks everywhere...

Sievers volunteered with Our Mother's Home, a transitional home for teen mothers and their babies near San Carlos Park.
"She wanted to make a difference for young girls who needed that," Hood said.
"Dr. Sievers had so much more life to live and many more contributions I know she would want to give," Hood said. "She will be greatly missed and we can only hope to help fill in some of the gap by staying involved in Our Mother's Home in her honor."
Karen Watson, director of Our Mother's Home, said she knew Sievers as a caring person who had been active with the house since 2007, resigning in March from the board to focus on her practice.
"She was a loving, kind person," Watson said.

TS Resigned her board position approx 90-120 days prior to her demise. Maybe is was MS that saw the Sievers declining fiscal condition and was asking TS to work more hours to hold off the creditors

Does the lighter pink area look washed/diluted?

I thought this area looked like a clean up had been attempted as well. Not sure why they would clean up one area, and leave the rest. One thought I had was that maybe one of the attackers was some how injured during the attack, and was worried about their blood/DNA being mixed in. So they attempted to clean that area up. Its a possiblity..JMO

I remember seeing specific areas that looked to me like two footprints in blood (shoe or boot) in the crime scene. I will go back and see if I can find them and post them here

**Edited to add photos

This is purely speculation, as I am no crime scene investigator. This is just what stood out to me. To me the stains in these areas look more like transfer, vs splatter. Again just my opinion, and I could be totally wrong. The shape of what looks like transfer, to me also looks like the shape of a boot or shoe. I have (crudely) attempted to draw round the pattern to show what I see. Please excuse my drawing, I am not too tech advance yet on my new phone.. The third photo, looks like a partial show print as well... JMO

How many hours were the dogs left alone without food, potty?
dogs might lick their paws and groom themselves by licking.

also I pray TS was deceased before the blows to her head.............
