2016.02.03 Batch 4 Audio/Video Files - Sievers Discovery Documents

I interpret it differently in not telling the children about previous marriage.. I know I would do the same.. waiting for what I as a parent felt was a more age appropriate time.. possibly wanting to preserve at least in the children's younger years,, the memories of the traditional family,, just m o though.

Hi AmazonRain, can you give us a brief synopsis of what was said, please?

The segment was very brief - Sheriff Scott couldn't elaborate on anything, really. Nancy Grace asking why Mark hasn't been arrested. Standard answers to that question (dotting "I's"/crossing "T's"). Nancy Grace alluding to the souvenir t-shirt that JRR brought back for Taylor S. Local news person talking about the jumpsuit when Sheriff Scott wouldn't confirm the presence or absence of the t-shirt. Honestly, no new information and Nancy Grace always seems rushed so it was rather annoying.

I am reserving my comments until I listen to all of the interviews but I want to make this clear. Teresa was not violent any more than a man raising his voice is violent. Listen to her mother when she speaks about the fact that as kids, Teresa and her siblings never became physical with each other. Teresa abhorred physical violence of ANY kind. She was however, very determined, very expressive, very loud when it came to getting things done - particularly as it related to her practice and what she wanted out of her practice. Never forget, her primary concern was to serve patients to the best of her ability in the manner that would benefit them most. Male doctors who operated in the manner that Teresa operated would be characterized as strong, opinionated, definitive. Unfortunately, when you have a gas-lighting husband who would love to foster the concept that he was the 'nice guy' who did all of the 'woman's work' around the house and with the kids - Teresa (as a professional woman) would have the additional burden of overcoming people's perceptions by this (still) a-typical role reversal. Never forget what her patients have written about her and what others have written/stated about her - Teresa was an exceptional doctor who went above and beyond to find the cause of a health concern. Teresa was an exceptional philanthropist who would use any time she had to help the homeless, the helpless and the disenfranchised. Was she perfect? Of course not - no one is. In fact, Teresa would get a real belly laugh if she was presented as perfect. Teresa was an exceptional person with an exceptional heart and no matter the backstory that is created in truth or FICTION - she was brutally murdered by cowards who were bigger and stronger than her five foot frame could ever handle. When listening or reading to people who speak on what Teresa thought or felt, particularly those that ultimately had motive to financially gain or lose by her presence in their lives, please be discerning.

Ditto - most especially your last line!

I was surprised to hear that about Sandra from TS's mom as well. I was under the impression that Patients loved Sandra. Maybe she had already started looking for a new job and that's how she was able to start with another doctor in the same building within days? And I could have sworn that TS's mom said in her interview that Frank (Sandra's husband) was asked to leave the practice. In the interview it left an impression on me that he was still working there. Am I remembering this right? I'm interested to hear nurse Sandra's interview as well. Sounds like there was lots of drama behind the scenes in the office.

Yes - this patient does love Sandra - and Frank. I have only positive memories of my experiences with them both in the office. My observation - Dr. Sievers worked very well with Sandra and trusted her. I can't for a second understand the criticism of Sandra for seeking employment after the murder. She has a family to support and lost her job abruptly and under horrible circumstances.

The latest link KateB posted... The article says we are now learning about "verbal abuse." Which I am 99% sure they mean TS being verbally abusive to MS. ?????? WTH? They show TS's mom and sister talking about what a firecracker she was and bam - They conclude she was verbally abusive? Someone please tell me I'm wrong. Post 221 in this thread.

I found the article confusing and not well-written. If that what was intended (that TS was verbal) I doubt it would change anyone's opinion of her or him. I did conclude that MS' continued slobbiness knowing how his life-partner and love felt about it - makes me add passive-aggressive to his side of my list. Creepy button-pushing brainwasher.

I would be considered verbally abusive to him too. I know I would be yelling at him to get off his lazy arz and do something productive than ******** other women.

Have you watched the interview of of TS's friend, DB? She tells the detective that TS said that Sandra had too much negative energy and that was not workin' for her. @16:31

Karen Watson interview is very interesting.

I was shocked to hear (about 34 minutes into interview ) that Tresa referred to Karen as " her sister from another mother".

Also gave some more insight into her partner.. the reason she left Our mother's home... and also the reason Frank was let go.

In scouring around, trying to make sure I have not missed any videos, I came across the videos of TS and TS/LS. Does anyone know for how long of a time period TS had been associated with LS? Had it been fairly recent?

I found it to be very sad to watch those videos. TS obviously had a lot of goodness and passion about helping others to be healthy. And yet now we are learning that her own life was maybe not so great. That is just such a shame.

This link doesn't work for me. It takes me to a page where Google wants me to create an account.

The link works for me. I'm not completely sure, but I think you have to have a google account. I say that because when I click the link, the audio/video files come up and my google email icon comes up in the right corner and asks me if I want to add these audio/videos files to my google drive and also, how do I want to view these files (grid or list view). When I logged out of my google account and tried the link again - it didn't work. It said "login or create new account."

I'm definitely not savvy at this kind of stuff so like I said I could be wrong about having to have a google account...I just wanted to share with you what was coming up for me.

My sincere appologies. I apparently expressed myself wrong. Let me try to clarify my thoughts. I WAS SURPRISED to hear in TS's mothers interview that TS had told nurse Sandra to start looking for another job. All the patients seemed to love her and I would have never guessed things were not working out well at the office. THAT BEING said.......I can see how she moved to the other doctors office so fast because looking for a new job was probably already in the works. Myself and most people I know can not find a new job in a matter of two days. Knowing what we know now it was probably already in the works. Sorry if I offended you but please relax, not everyone is trying to be a nasty person.

I can't get Lenka's 2 interviews to work and I want to hear them bad :gaah:
I'm nosey :liar:
I keep getting this:
file exceeds the maximum size that Google can scan. Would you still like to download this file?
My computer won't won't let me.

Interesting when that short clip from LS starts out and she is asked if there was anything outside of the norm about the relationship between TS & MS and if either of them might have been seeing others outside of the marriage - when LS replies, she starts out with "When I came into their life" then she goes on to say you could see the shift in the changes or something like that. Anyway, I just think it sounded strange "When I came into THEIR life". I would have thought it would have been more like "When I first met TS" or something like that.
underlined
She totally squirmed her way out of answering THAT question.
"THEIR" lives got my attention too.
BBM ~
"When I came into their life, that's when you could see a lot of shifts."
Then she says "You can kind of put that together" huh? (Yeah, but you would probably rather I didn't)
Because it leads me to believe that LS was very much involved in what or whoever was seeing others outside of the marriage. JMO

I think they are talking about JRR's girlfriend.

Case was broken between JRR girlfriend what ever name she is going by now and the confidential informant IMO

 Thanks you all. I SHOULD have known that! I was thinking it was the person from Illinois. I can't remember the initials they/we are using.
CWI? cooperating witness informant?

About to go listen to the LS recordings. Before I do, I want to point out a few things that I already find troubling. First, at the end of the AL interview how inappropriate that LS would be pushing the family to do media interviews when it was clear that both law enforcement and AL were telling her "no!" As I said back then, the interviews came off as a national promotional tour by LS disguised as "spreading the word of Teresa" a mere few days after she was killed. LS was actually very argumentative with the detective - particularly talking about having her "intelligence" insulted. Also, LS seemed far more interested with exposure via media as opposed to heading to the police station to talk about what she knew. Again, very odd. REALLY comes across to me, a 'la MS, as EXTREME manipulation of the circumstances and family during a time of grief. ALSO, interesting that all of a sudden the nurse that worked so well for so long with TS had "negative energy." Don't get me wrong, Teresa was turning a corner by all outward signs and was likely embarking on a new professional environment but I can't help but wonder about the level of manipulation that was going on with the self-proclaimed "best" friend. Keep in mind, LS was relatively new (2 years) to Teresa's world. And if the interviews show me otherwise, I will post again. But so far, I am still of my original belief that LS might not have always had the best interests of Teresa in mind.

Be the boss of your machine. You have to download the audios to listen to them. Tell your machine they're a podcast. And google doesn't need to scan them for virus because you don't rely on google for your anti-virus needs.
