A guy needing multiple encounters a day and facing (at best) life in prison would want to score while still free to do so; but with all the bad press, dinner and a movie probably wouldn't do it (though he did gain weight). No, he probably needed to move from women in the professions to professional women. Eight months, 30 days a month, at least two encounters a day (maybe more with the stress), and a guy like Mark could easily f--I mean fritter--away $40,000 even with no other expenses. Time of your life, huh kid?

All the money he doesn't seem to have sounds like fraud to me too, but then again that's how the man has skated thru life on TS's coattails. That suit alone he got at the auction in March (for TS's impending FUNERAL) is worth a pretty penny alone. Every time I see him strutting in like a peacock with so much confidence I want to smack the $h*t outta him.

The only respite I can take from that scene is the satisfaction of knowing he truly is a LADY KILLER in the most literal interpretation of the word! There is nothing more disgusting, disheartening or hurtful to the loved ones of the victim, than to watch the perp act joyful, coy or disengaged from the seriousness of their actions! (My prayers are with Teresa's family as they will have to endure these vulgar displays of indifference....It is a torment we must endure, until justice is finally served. All the bravado disappears when they head back to their jail cell, trust me on that.)
I'm struggling with trying to say something that will make a difference....but nothing will stop the spectacle MS desires. He wants to be the center of attention. He will make the people who loved Teresa endure every insult and assault, over and over again.....Okay MS, bring it, cuz at the end of the day, you are nothing more than a slovenly sycophant forgotten in the belly of the beast.

He does own the condo in MO. I would imagine there's more than $2500 in equity in it. As for the personal property, there probably was at least that much in the extensive gun and coin collection. Surely, between both of those things, he would seem to be ineligible for indigency status. I think he may have had the guy in the purple truck take all the guns, coins and any other valuables out of the house. But since it is known that he did own those items, there seems to be a basis for a determination of fraudulently claimed financial status.

Agree with you on the 'basis for a determination of fraudulently claimed financial status' which leaves an obvious trail. We know most all he's done after the fact---I now wonder what such financial things he may have done before the fact. There doesn't appear much since since MS & Company had no iron-clad plan although their little brains thought they did. May depend on FL state legality regarding his indigent status & how it's addressed but I'm no Attny. If this was a drug case then property is confiscated. May ask this on the Verified Attny thread.

I just hope he isn't somehow able to get messages to his brother. After seeing everything that Jodi Arias "got/snuck by with" while in jail, absolutely nothing would surprise me as to what they are able to do while incarcerated. They don't think like we do.

For Sure, they want MS completely cut off from CWW !! Whether MS has a trial IMO will depend on who his appointed lead att'y is: If MS has a public defender team, I would expect MS to take a plea. If there was the utter lunacy of a trial in this matter, I have the feeling that we will 1st see a bit of weight gain on MS (those vending machine Frit@s), but in short course, reality will settle in on MS & he'll get bony thin, like Scott Peterson did as that trial progressed.

From following here and not being savvy in legal realms (except for my WS'ing observations), it seems most plead not guilty at the first hearing. I know there is no formula and all cases can vary- but my hope is he will come around to a guilty plea since his best friend will be supplying some details. I'm just happy to know the children are in the living care of their grandmother.
P.S. I'm traveling and in FL, not far from the crime. I came to realize I was in Lee county. Now everyone I see is somehow related to the case (but not really). Passing over the Sanibel Island bridge I thought the officer that pulled over a vehicle was SMS, as an example. Sorry for the O/T- as we wait.

My curious mind is back to asking questions. For all intents and purposes, the 3 criminals will remain behind bars for many yrs to come.. I will assume all 3 will be sentenced by sometime in 2016/2017. What I am a little curious about speculation guessing will the girls maintain some type of relationship or communication with their father. Will they conduct phone calls with MS early on then slowly call fewer and far between ultimately ceasing ? Or will they somehow compartmentalize and maintain some form of communication? As they mature and read and research on their own will this drive them from their father or will they always want a parent in their lives? Will MS ever come clean and be truthful to his daughters or will he die an old man still proclaiming his innocence? I personally think probably both daughters had enough time and years with their mom and will have the TS genes to be direct and assertive and ultimately ask their father very direct questions years from now. "Hey Dad, did Mom really give you permission to stray?" Turns out, Curtis Wayne Wright Jr. has a thing for Atomic Fireballs, chili corn chips and Jolly Ranchers.

Since his October arrest, the Missouri native has spent more than $850 at the Lee County Jail commissary on everything from candy and junk food to stamps and XXXL boxers.
He's also purchased the necessities: a wash cloth, crew socks, a thermal top, finger toothbrushes and dandruff shampoo. (bald guys require dandruff shampoo?)

He's purchased a few packs of playing cards and a word search, plus pens paper and stamps.
But mostly, it's been banana moon pies, jumbo honey buns and root beer barrels.
