The fact his attorney stated to the judge/court that MS would not 'intimidate' any witnesses IF released is absurd !!! Surely LE, evidence & MS being 'hostile' (described by public defenders office) would derail any such request. That being said... I guess if MS wants release on bail, his Attny at least has to go thru the motions for his client. Hope it's not before a sympathetic judge who feels sorry for for this desperate, jailed 'father' with no $$$ and little b#%ls.

True, he's an illusion unto himself. Struts into hearings like Rambo---has a huge vision of himself in his sick mind. What we see... him strutting into hearings like Napoleon---little man, little regard for anything other than his little self. Wo, a vision---Tommy Boy, fat man in a little coat (or green frock).

I checked out the court case info and he was served! I'm also assuming his attorney was the one to file the suggestion of death response.

Maybe the judge should let Jarvis neighbors weigh in on the prospect of his release. THAT would cause an uproar I would think---how that registers legally I don't know or care but it raises a 'neighborhood/community' direct concern. I know if I lived there I would contact LE as a neighborhood ​(after gathering neighbors together for input & upon agreement) and appropriately raise hell. I'm sure LE is on top of this as it involves the kids and TS mother but none the less, as a neighborhood I would address this. There's the 'squeaky wheel' aspect too, LE has plenty on their plate but will listen when you squeak loud enough on a legit issue/concern.

MS should have NO RECOURSE---nowhere to go but where he already is. It should be clear NO ONE WANTS HIM in their vicinity.

Sounds like defense lawyers being defense lawyers (and it sure doesn't look from their webpage that they specialize in murder cases). Being defense attorneys, they somehow forget to mention that good citizen Mark Sievers has a best friend since childhood willing to testify against him in order to avoid the death penalty, which sure negates "no criminal record" and "lived in the county since 2006." Time for the prosecutors to announce a grand jury indictment for first degree murder, show the court some of what they've got, and get Dribble Brother's bail revoked.

I just got done reading the book about the Mormon doc who killed his wife. Took seven years and his children to get LE to look into it.

They put him in prison first for other offenses. Certainly MS must have other offenses?

That Doc thought he was getting off and they had way less on him. He thought he was so special as well.

I am sitting here chuckling just imagining his furor build as he sits in his cage contemplating minute by minute that TS's family has his girls!

I'm not so much concerned with him getting legal custody if bailed out. I agree with you; I think that ship has definitely sailed. I do, however, think that MS's extreme possessiveness over the girls makes him very dangerous right now. The fact that they are finally out from under his thumb could result in some very out-of-control behaviour, IMO. I would be very concerned for both Teresa's mother and the children if MS were to be released from police custody.

That being said, I don't believe that any halfway competent judge would allow his bail to be reduced to anywhere close to the level he's requesting.
