2016.03.01 Discovery Documents - Batch # 5

No blood on the black backpack or on the blue coveralls.

Hmmm, I'm really scratching my head at this one.... how could there not be any blood on JRR' coveralls?

"At some point, we have to just let it go," said no innocent husband ever a week after his wife was brutally murdered in the home where he lives with his two young daughters.

I can only imagine that this is along the lines of what he has been telling his daughters. "Rebonding" with the house where their mother "lived", not "died", forgiveness etc.

IMO he has set them up to believe that whatever he is accused of is not true or that their mother was going to take them away from him and they would never see him again. IMO they may never reconcile the monster MS is with the father they know and love who orchestrated the brutal murder of their mother. What he has done to these girls is simply heinous. IMOO

This CK is a wealth of information, lol. Wow.

CWW and his sexualized behavior with his sister is disturbing, the alcohol fueled orgy vibe the night of the skinny dipping incident caught me off guard. Susnoat has been alluding to this all along... That both CWW and MS siblings were all joined in together seems none of them were shy about this. I'm not a total prude but I cannot imagine doing something like that with my brother or sisters.

Just exactly when did Mark Sievers find the time to have sex several times a day when he was ALWAYS with the girls?

Is this in the docs?

I can't see a smoothie in the fridge photos:

But I can't see the note -

- on top of the washer either.

They're both fabricated by MS, imo.

I've been wondering if he made it up myself. I saw no evidence of any smoothie in the fridge, no dirty blender or dishes, or anything left out from recently making a smoothie. Unless she made it prior to leaving and going out of town and it was stored in some other fridge, or if that big, skinny, black container is somehow the smoothie. What I cant figure out is WHY would he make up the dang smoothie?? To try and mess up the murder timeline? To try and garner sympathy from CK, and show her how loving he is, that he cant even bring himself to throw away the "last smoothie she ever made"? Its so freaking weird.

The police would have definitely taken, or at least photographed a supposed to-do list that TS made, that stated she wanted to leave the alarm off. I definitely think he made that up, especially from how the LEO that interviewed CK responded. Which is also a weird and stupid thing to do.

Seeing those pictures of the washer and dryer gave me chills. You can see the plastic bags that were mentioned in the Lee evidence in this last batch that tested positive for blood (I'm sorry, I cant find the link!). In the narrative it stated that an object saturated with blood was placed there and then removed by the killer. It must have been when they were cleaning up at the sink. I wonder what it was... the hammer? the gloves or an article of clothing? I wonder if they can tell by the shape of the stains they left. I also wonder what they removed from TS's purse. The purse in the garage tested positive for blood on the interior, along with various items from inside the purse. What could they have been looking for, because the wallet was in the kitchen, and they obviously knew that. Just speculation, but maybe MS put some cash in that bag or something for the killers? just speculating and jmo, of course

Using the black garbage bags as a coverall over the blue coveralls, maybe they dressed up JRR like some freaky bag man. There were seven bags in the box, one for each appendage, one as a skirt, one with holes cut out for head and arms, maybe one as a hood (too bad they didn't forget breathing holes if they did the head). A problem would be that it would be incredibly noisy and almost impossible to not make any noise while hiding.

Carrie K, if you are reading this - THANK YOU for your bravery. THANK YOU for your honesty. You have brought to light many things about MS and other collaterally involved people that I have known in my gut to be true and I'm sure your testimony has been very helpful for law enforcement. May peace find you and may you sleep better knowing that you have done the right thing.

This part really confirmed what I've suspected about CWW (and I don't know if it's true or not) that he might not have the stomach to kill someone. He needed JRR to do the actual killing (don't know if that is true either!) It does make me wonder about RB and who else might be involved in that case. CWW can hack into his High School computer system, deal drugs, lie, impersonate people to LE, and probable numerous other illegal things...He is still a murderer...Could he do it himself? I'm kind of doubting it...

I think you are right on the money on that. I also think that the "asthma attack" sound a lot like me when I am having a full blown panic attack, ie shortness of breath, hyperventilating, coughing, running away from the trigger. To me it's not out of the realm of possibility that he had major panic attack at that moment, at TS's funeral when they were wheeling TS's casket towards him. Reality of what he had done probably caught up with him at that moment

It was in CK interview. Sorry, I need to be better about bates/page numbers but I was reading last night in bed.

Reached into her purse with bloody hands to get wallet.

How do we know killer did not wear two pairs of coveralls, one over the other? Same as double gloving. He could have discarded the outer bloody coverall and brought home the inner pair. Thrifty fellows don't discard a seemingly non-bloody pair of stolen coveralls after a murder, do they?

There were black towels purchased at Walmart that didn't make it back to jrr's house. Plus there would have been bloody gloves to get rid of.

After reading autopsy - there would have been blood spatter.

Reading along with the audio is a treat.

Justice for Teresa coming from a decades old gal pal of MS is giving me a warm & fuzzy feeling this morning.

The files still need to be OCR converted and watermarked, (I missed you big time, NIN.) but that isn't urgent. I'm only 35 minutes into the audio and recovering nicely with coffee, soundcloud, a pdf file that opens and WS. It's a great day.

You deserve a great day. Enjoy!

CK has an amazing talent for picking up nuances and details. Wonderful interview!

A few things: From what I can tell, she went to the house on July 7, 2015. That is the day Mark's attorney contacted LE. This coincides with her stating that he was on the phone a lot that day and speaking to his attorney.

She also points out that the flowers were in the house from the funeral and that there were some swimsuits draped outside. She feels like they (I'm assuming CWW, AW and MS) did in fact swim the evening of the funeral after dropping off the flowers. It is MOO that night is when MS forged the note about the alarm and made the smoothie.

That is actually shocking to me. Where is all the blood transfer then?

Just started reading today, but no one ever "actually" said the jumpsuit was bloody. Only Taylor's aunt in an interview, and she did not actually see the jumpsuit.
Taylor didn't even say it was bloody, she just recalled it being rolled up. Unless there are more interviews by her released.

I'm NOT saying it wasn't bloody, I just don't recall it being mentioned by Taylor.
Plus we have to take into account that it was thrown out in the elements on July 13, and it wasn't found until late August.

Another part is when she gets into the pantry and surmises one of "them" is left-handed. LE asked BS if she was left or right handed during one of her interviews too.

And the doggie door. When LE first came in, they had to secure the doggie door. She picked up that it was a possible point of entry immediately and it seemed to irritate Mark that she noticed.

I was amazed at the detail she picked up on and the way her mind worked. I dont know what she does for a living but she should change careers. jmo.

Jrr was exposed to hazardous toxins at his workplace and had been trained in protective clothing and gear. Wearing a double barrier for protection is not at all unusual. Thus two pairs of coveralls.
-----------

Non, your theory about blood spatter being low makes sense. So does the covering her head with something and then beating her further. Per autopsy blows were all over. The black towels?

I would not expect a murderer wearing protective gear to then strip naked inside the murder house. That would shed a lot of skin cells.
