2016.03.01 Discovery Documents - Batch # 5

I love that we, the public, have access to all of this information and are able to see some of the investigative process. As fascinating/addicting as this is for us - and thankfully available through the Sunshine Law - I hope it's not a double-edged sword. I worry that when more and more people become aware that what they say in these interviews will become public, people might be less forthcoming. Not only hesitant to give hard facts and evidence, but also reluctant to share their gut feelings and opinions and share incidents of any kind. We're aware of how important and even vital those seemingly *little things*, non-hard?, soft evidence? what can you call that? are.

It all adds up, it's all important. It's amazing that something that might feel silly or mean to say to LE could be the key, the final piece, the glue to put it all together.

Wayne and Jimmy purchased a black backpack at Walmart. The backpack containing the coveralls was an UnderArmor backpack, and, iirc, Taylor said that it was hers. Do we know if the backpack purchased at Walmart was found?

That autopsy report was hard to get through. Poor Teresa. I can only hope she is resting in paradise now.

I agree completely. The autopsy report broke my heart...again, like so many other things with this case. The comment TS's daughter made about being strong too and that she really misses her Mama...so very sad. I pray for those girls and their family daily.

A lot of locals call it paradise here...and it really is beautiful. (Sunny and 80 today) Ever since MS's arrest, it has been SUNNY here and I truly believe it is TS's sunlight shining down on us.
Especially today....since it is MS's BIRTHDAY IN THE BIG HOUSE! :behindbar

:cheer:

I've been wondering if he made it up myself. I saw no evidence of any smoothie in the fridge, no dirty blender or dishes, or anything left out from recently making a smoothie. Unless she made it prior to leaving and going out of town and it was stored in some other fridge, or if that big, skinny, black container is somehow the smoothie. What I cant figure out is WHY would he make up the dang smoothie?? To try and mess up the murder timeline? To try and garner sympathy from CK, and show her how loving he is, that he cant even bring himself to throw away the "last smoothie she ever made"? Its so freaking weird.

The police would have definitely taken, or at least photographed a supposed to-do list that TS made, that stated she wanted to leave the alarm off. I definitely think he made that up, especially from how the LEO that interviewed CK responded. Which is also a weird and stupid thing to do.

Seeing those pictures of the washer and dryer gave me chills. You can see the plastic bags that were mentioned in the Lee evidence in this last batch that tested positive for blood (I'm sorry, I cant find the link!). In the narrative it stated that an object saturated with blood was placed there and then removed by the killer. It must have been when they were cleaning up at the sink. I wonder what it was... the hammer? the gloves or an article of clothing? I wonder if they can tell by the shape of the stains they left. I also wonder what they removed from TS's purse. The purse in the garage tested positive for blood on the interior, along with various items from inside the purse. What could they have been looking for, because the wallet was in the kitchen, and they obviously knew that. Just speculation, but maybe MS put some cash in that bag or something for the killers? just speculating and jmo, of course

After reading your post I'm getting the impression that MS was seeing how CK would react with his show and tell visit. Almost like a loyalty test. Or MS was freaking out and wanted to plant "I'm innocent" label
by staging the smoothie he made and note he forged that was placed on the washer. What a piece of work he is!

I give kudos to CK for even being in that house. How sinister and after reading her interview the thought of her maintaining her composure so MS wouldn't harm her. He's nuts!

This part really confirmed what I've suspected about CWW (and I don't know if it's true or not) that he might not have the stomach to kill someone. He needed JRR to do the actual killing (don't know if that is true either!) It does make me wonder about RB and who else might be involved in that case. CWW can hack into his High School computer system, deal drugs, lie, impersonate people to LE, and probable numerous other illegal things...He is still a murderer...Could he do it himself? I'm kind of doubting it...

It could be that or it could be that he was seeing the effect of what he did by looking into the mourning faces of the daughters and all that loved TS and reality finally gave him a swift kick in the azz.

C.K clearly states that Mark tried to blame S.H for having motive to his lawyer ; With the reasoning that S.H was looking to work with another doctor. Lol

He must have tried to possibly suggest that she could have been behind the murders of the other holistic doctors as well.

Poor Mark. He seen those millions slipping away from grasp. Lol.

Sounds like he was trying to throw Kenny Cousins under there with her.

CWW and his sexualized behavior with his sister is disturbing, the alcohol fueled orgy vibe the night of the skinny dipping incident caught me off guard. Susnoat has been alluding to this all along... That both CWW and MS siblings were all joined in together seems none of them were shy about this. I'm not a total prude but I cannot imagine doing something like that with my brother or sisters.

Just exactly when did Mark Sievers find the time to have sex several times a day when he was ALWAYS with the girls?

Apparently in the CK interview , MS took the girls to a play date in Orlando. Kids played while he played in another room. Those girls know a lot about their dad, but to them dad is their dad

"So, that's what he said what happened that morning. So, Bonnie never did go over. Um, but the friend
did. But anyway, back to the clothes. So, she was wearing a dress. She had her wedding ring on her
and she had a mother's ring on, but I can't recall anything else. And, um, that -- let's see. That the man
called him from the home."

I get the impression that he was trying to "circle the wagons" at this point by meeting personally with MP about quitting law school (or so he said) and reeling in CK. CK, however, was a LOT smarter and "intuitive" than he gave her credit for, and his reactionary behavior showed that loud and clear.

Thank you and everyone else here for all the hard work you do!! You are an amazing group!!

On this particular document (about page 15) are the records from Delta on their flights and the changes MS had to make to get the girls back earlier. There is a comment section over to the right that says, "DUE FAX WIFE JUST DIED AND TO GET BACK TO RSW ASAP. TOO DISTRAUGHT FOR ANY DETAILS." It also says somewhere else the children don't know about the wife so it advises the gate agents not to speak of it.

OMG!! Talk about a CON ARTIST at work. He disgusts me to no END.

:gaah:

Per the interview of ck, aw and cww stayed with bs and her partner Melanie. Apparently bs and aw bonded, heavily enough that when ms's sister - who suffers greatly from some eating disorder - showed up she was told there was no room for her to stay at her mother's place.

Ck did not seem to have a good feeling about either bs or aw. Bs sounds rude.

I think ck is far superior to ls when it comes to being an intuologist!

Not sure if this has been posted or not b/c I have spent most of the morning reading CK 73 page interview. BATES 30277 she says "when Mark got married, Wayne and I flew down together"

I thought it was verified that TS had never met CWW?

Ooh, good one! I don't remember if it was verified or not, but there's a lot I've forgotten over the months. I can't imagine MS' best friend not being at his wedding, but maybe there is a picture of him at the wedding or reception?

At the service for TS: CWW fixed the projector so they could show slides. Later, when a video of TS was to be played, it kept stuttering and looping on "Hi, I'm Teresa Sievers". Repeatedly.

CWW refused to fix it, so nobody was able to watch that video of her last commercial she was working on. :(

I believe he was really spooked by seeing and hearing her voice. Same thing when her casket was taken down the aisle, as it neared him, he pretended? to have a coughing fit and ran outside. It was suggested he had asthma attack and that someone else offered him their inhaler to use.
NO. People who have asthma (all my life) carry their own inhaler on them at all times because you can't control every aspect of a foreign environment and need to be prepared. It can be life or death.

I wonder if TS was there that day and sticking it to him?

"Hi, I'm Teresa Sievers." over and over.

This this and this! All of this!!!

I think you are right on the money on that. I also think that the "asthma attack" sound a lot like me when I am having a full blown panic attack, ie shortness of breath, hyperventilating, coughing, running away from the trigger. To me it's not out of the realm of possibility that he had major panic attack at that moment, at TS's funeral when they were wheeling TS's casket towards him. Reality of what he had done probably caught up with him at that moment

...or he was high and paranoid.

Okay, wait a minute...Bates 30242 re: portrait of the girls and the new suit.

Teresa never saw the, I'm assuming, commissioned portrait/painting of the girls? And the new suit? He got both at an auction? When?!?

He is so fixated on those girls, it is disturbing to me.
