2017.05.26 Sievers' Home on Jarvis Road Burglarized

  • #81
Perhaps to create a doubt in a future jury's mind that a home invasion could have occurred that fateful night.

Yeah but that would be just silly. Any uninhabited home is at higher risk for a break-in. It would be common knowledge to most in the area that MS is in jail, TS is dead, nobody is living there....that's any thief's dream home to rob.

Doesn't the bank own the home now since the mortgage payments are probably not being made?

In Lee County, we enjoy one of the BEST law enforcement leaderships in the nation. Too bad we can't say the same for MO. No citizen should have to live in fear because the criminals are in control. This little "Murder, Inc." group has been running rampant for far too long. They know exactly how to game the system. There is a high probability that other crimes and criminal activities will be revealed, as a by-product of this investigation. Supporting evidence (that was previously unknown or overlooked), should be preserved.

Yes, I believe the "burglaries" are most likely a strategy--either to obscure evidence, and/or to persuade jurors. That is not an empty house. Apparently, people continue to go in and out, at all hours.

The more lawyers they have, the more time they can ask for on coordinating facts? "The other team hasn't had the chance to read all the transcripts." "We have conflicting schedules, and haven't been able to meet." "We're not exactly qualified to offer a decent defense, we need more lawyers on board." Whatever the reasons, I get elated when dates get postponed. The more defense stretches things out, the more time the prosecution has to dig up even more damning evidence on these demons. It's all good, in the name of Justice.

In my view, you can't look at enough angles when it comes to catching all the Wright criminals.

Thank God for Websleuths. We all want complete and total justice for Dr. Teresa Ann Grace Sievers, for the victims in MO, and for all others who have suffered great loss at the hands of evil.

It would be very easy for ppl to find out that a Dr lived in that home before and after the murder.. JMO, but i think there is a possibility that Mark is setting the scene for the trial that perhaps his home and wife could have been targeted that night for a home invasion/robbery. The break ins started to happen right after Mark lost the trustee case which I am sure was a big blow to Mark. Mark has nothing to loose. He planned the murder very thoroughly and even LE stated that they were all over the place investigating that led them to dead end streets and the SAO said there was a lot of digital evidence that they have in regards to the extent of Mark's murder plan.

What does he have to offer anyone for a breakin? He has no money. Would someone risk the arrest? Why?

MS thinks he will win and get all the insurance money in the end, when he is acquitted. MS may be offering a lot of money,PROMISES of money and he can make anyone believe him...so he thinks, so who ever the person may be, prisoner, friend or family member of other prisoners, they may see dollar signs and do what ever he wants.

MS would do this just to show that anyone could break into the house....of course this is all AFTER TS was murdered....never a break in before she was murdered. People would risk jail for money.

LE is very quiet on this matter......have to get off the the addds are messingme up....grrrrr

Can't find link to story yet on Kindle. Robert John Salyers, 29, of Cape Coral was arrested 2 days ago, when deputies found a box belonging to Mark Sievers in his car. From what I understand so far, this suspect was supposedly working on the Sievers lanai? Here is my attempt to link to mugshot:

This story was on NBC2.

Thank you for the heads up! The link won't open the arrest record due to the spelling error in "immate" instead of "inmate", here is the corrected one:

NIN to the rescue! I swear, you are a GEM! I caught most of the switcheroos, but that one slipped me by! I don't know why my Kindle has crashed several times, has become possessed more than a few times, and now--l guess I have to watch my language (and spelling)!

They just showed another guy involved with the burglaries, but they are not sure in what capacity.

Thanks, again, for being a real Angel, NIN! I am sure Teresa is loving you, too! XOXOXOXO!!!

That and why no PI was hired right after the first break in on or around May 26th. But wait, nothing was taken from the house during the first break in..

You've got good circulation going on, NIN! God bless your beautiful brain! I'm wondering who actually hired the PIs, as there is also a civil suit going on.

And the plot thickens! I knew something had to be off with the break ins

Jarvis Road Residential Burglary
Tuesday, July 25, 2017

On July 12, 2017, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for service regarding a residential burglary that occurred at the Sievers’ home located at 27034 Jarvis Road in Bonita Springs. An authorized representative from the Faga Law Firm indicated that the front door of the home had been found ajar.

It was determined that, at some time between July 5 and July 11, the home was burglarized. A number of electronic and miscellaneous items were removed from the residence.

South District Criminal Investigations Division assumed the investigation.

A traffic stop on July 22 resulted in the discovery of some of the items reported missing from the aforementioned residential burglary. Robert John Salyers (W/M DOB 02-01-1988) was arrested and charged with Burglary (Unoccupied Dwelling Unarmed) and Larceny (Grand Theft less than $5,000).

Further investigation revealed that Alexander Kevin Cesario (W/M DOB 02-05-1988) was also involved in the residential burglary. Cesario was arrested on July 24 and charged with Burglary (Unoccupied Dwelling Unarmed) and Larceny (Grand Theft less than $5,000).

My family has been there for years and never had any issues with crime. This is the same for immediate neighbors as well...except for creeper reports of MS. I'm wondering who the lady in the white car is and did she mistakenly leave the door open.
bbm MCKAZPM I had to search back for your post. I thought about you when I saw the arrest on the latest break-in. When will this ever end for you & the neighbors? (I hope no one takes that as an insensitive statement. But this crime scene is becoming multiple crime scenes)
If it were me, I would give up on trying to talk to anyone who drove up to that house for now. I'd just take a picture with my cell phone and write it down in a log book. I'm thinking you guys should do the same....
Wish I could, serve ya'll strong coffee (strike that), serve ya'll some large pitchers of margaritas!
