I feel that it was a gun and the reason he had it in the car is the rule about no guns when bonded out with monitor. Maybe they were concerned that he or Casey would use it.

Yep, that means they lied to get her released basically.......Can't lie to police........Where did the Anthony Family learn how to fib?

The picture is not anywhere near what you think and it is muddying up the waters.

I posted at 3am it is a Mag Light Flashlight she is holding---DH is military and he has one for work---the button is on the side and you push it in to shut it off

Right hand= FLASHLIGHT

You are seeing her left elbow and the upper part of her forearm to the left and the fleshy part of her left hand on the right as the thumb and pointer finger hold the base of the flashlight to grip it to shut it off

Your minds are making you think you see what you want to see!!

THERE IS NO BEAR--If there was a bear it would be in a bag--she wouldn't be holding it in her bare heads because it would be contaminating it!!

AND THERE IS DEFINITELY NO BLOOD!!!! That would contaminate the evidence even more!!

The reddish area is a shadow created from the bag from the backlighting of the news crew


I know we all wish for breaking evidence but we need to make sure we don't run off on tangents!!!

I see gloves, they are clear. They are most noticeable as the person is putting the umbrella down over to the side of the garage, you have to pause and rewatch. The fingers have the bulky appearance of being gloved, and also the way the hands release the umbrella, it is consistent with the way someone would release something if their hands were gloved. It is my opinion, but I work in healthcare so I see it a lot. And clear vinyl gloves are commonly used.
ALSO I do not think in the slightest that LE would compromise the investigation by removing evidence without gloves. That has to be some kind of police protocol...

I just saw a short clip of them without gloves emptying the back of the vehicle--then it jumped to another clip. It's possible that when they got to what they were there for, they put on gloves to put it into an evidence bag. Or do you have a longer clip?

ETA: I just read Mamacita's post--I do see gloves.

I agree, I can't even imagine them opening that trunk without having gloves on!!!!

I noticed in the video where they were removing the boxes from the back of George's vehicle then picking up the carpet, the didn't have gloves on.

Looks like they went to this vehicle to get something specific and knew the location.

I have to say that I don't think the bear is what they were looking for. I am wondering if the LEO just picked it up and had it in her hands to move it so she could look at something else. I am worried that they did the search without gloves and hope they have proof that they used some kind of protection from contamination of whatever they collected so this does not come back to bite them................

And I still think it was a stuffed animal and mag-lite. ;-)

Yeah, I am remembering that now, how LA said that they were sent or donated by people and they "smelled like smoke" and so they were not going to use them and so threw them out, but appreciated them nonetheles. Yes, I wonder if they got that bag as well...

OK GA was nowhere to be found in the video which means he knew what they were there for--I know most people if they're having something searched they want to be there to see what is being taken

GA not outside=knew what they were there for

If GA or one of the lawyers called in about something being in the vehicle that was not evidence in the disappearance then it is not evidence and gloves not needed

One time I found a broken gun and called the cops,a cruiser rolled up and just took it bare handed and put it on the front seat

To me it looks like she's looking at it to turn it on or off. She doesn't look like she's "inspecting" it to me. Check the casual grip of her fingers. Also, the other officer seems not concerned with what she's doing. I believe this is her mag light. She's either just used it for searching, or is about to.

I think there has been a coverup by George and Cindy to murder or accidental death of Caylee by their daughter Casey. This is my opinion by the reaction of their reaction and of tampering with evidence, and remembering of certain things.

The woman in the red shirt has a white glove on her left hand: I think she might be the only one to touch the gun or whatever.

Could it be the hand holding the bear does have a glove on, the other hand in that pic is holding a device of some kind that is probably LE's.

Then in another pic of her with the view of the garage and car you see that she does have a glove on one hand, she is standing on the left looking at what the other officer is doing..looks like he has a mag light...these are two separate pics.

Maybe someone could post both pics side by side to show two separate pics of last night search?

The hand holding the bear (actually, I think it is the rabbit) I beleive does have a glove on. There is another picture of the CSI with a glove on one hand. I don't beleive there is any blood. The other ungloved hand is holding a flashlight. That is definately NOT an elbow.

It looks to me that she is looking at it, reading something or the likes of that. I don't think you need to stare like that to turn a mag lite on.

Yes, it looks as if they were there for "a SPECIFIC" item. Going right to it (or where their "tip" said to find it).

Now, something that has bothered me for a while. Last Sat. morning (she was re-arrested THAT night) George left with an "unidentified" man at round 6:30 AM. Didn't come back until 9:30 - 10AM. On a Saturday? Where did they go? What did they do? IIRC it was dark when they left. I really hope LE has been all over that HHR was it has been cruisin' the hiways and biways.

After I thought about it - WRONG - she was re-arrested Fri night. I can't remember if George left early Fri. AM or Sat. AM - I still think it was Sat AM - I'll go look.
