I don't think that will be on the table this morning. As I understand, it's only a scheduling conference at ten this morning for organising future hearings regarding the non-dissemination order. I might be wrong though, so someone else will probably chip in.I haven't been following the gag order side of things very closely. MOO

Did Dateline mention that the sister thought it was odd that BK started wearing nitrile gloves around the house during the time he was home for winter break? IIRC, someone on this thread posted that. If that is the case, that behavior, along with the national publicity that LE were looking for a white Elantra and BK drove a white Elantra, may have got her to thinking of the possibility. But I agree, there was likely some undercurrent, some niggling feeling, that it was possible, however difficult to imagine.

Just a thought….0ne sister was into mental health IIRC she may of saw ‘signs’ of mental illness long ago and no one took her serious. He seems very odd but I believe he knew exactly what he was doing! Love to know more about his teen years. Lift all gag orders please!

Just checking in, awaiting the court proceedings this morning. Have been on this thread from the very beginning, and although I pretty much stopped posting soon after BK's last court appearance, I have continued to follow these threads. Interest has ramped back up a bit, with the latest Dateline story on Friday, and this arraignment hearing today.

I'm really interested to hear more about why that particular sister thought BK involved and curious if his other sister (who wasn't present in PA at that time) had any idea. They (BK siblings as his parents are too) are both victims, nonetheless still interested in family dynamics. jmo

This story interests me, as well. I would like to know what led up to that event and her calling him, specifically. I would wager he might have not only done the apartment break in, but also spent time beforehand, leading her into trusting him, into feeling like if anything happened, she could call him, maybe even making her suspect someone was watching her place. IDK. Just a random thing I find myself thinking when it comes to BK is that half the thrill for him is trying to manipulate the situation in the planning stages, then reveling in it after he's carried it out. JMO.

Just started watching the show and havent gotten that far but, if I read the tweet correctly, I think this young lady was sharing workspace with him. IF TRUE, he wouldn't have been a total stranger, so I don't think he needed to put in much work to get her to take his help. My experience is that desperate people will grab a lifeline and hang on for all they are worth. It may never have occurred to her that he could use that password to spy on her.
