I don't think that will be on the table this morning. As I understand, it's only a scheduling conference at ten this morning for organising future hearings regarding the non-dissemination order. I might be wrong though, so someone else will probably chip in.I haven't been following the gag order side of things very closely. MOO

Courthouse not open yet.
Arraignment hearing, BK will be read the charges, and two more hearings after that.
We are allowed to have a camera in the courtroom. It will be videoed, but not allowed to live-stream, when hearing is over we will be able to put the video out.

Live tweeting is allowed. Brian E will be tweeting.
Arraignment hearing is anticipated to be 10/15 minutes.

BE got in town late last night.
Stopped by King Rd. Property boarded up. Not many people around. Graduation last week.
BE hasn’t seen any of the victims family yet

But I thought it was verified that BK didn't arrive in WA until late July or August??

It is not unusual for graduate students to make campus visits prior to moving to where they will be a graduate student. We don't even know when BK was accepted to WSU and there are many things which must be done prior to moving such as applying and interviewing for a job, if you want to get a stipend, arranging for housing, getting the lay of the land. The suitcase incident coincided with Spring Break at DeSales University. It is very possible BK was making a campus visit at WSU. This would not be unusual at all. March 3 was a Thursday. If he had arrived for a visiting weekend, it makes a lot of sense that he may have done the suitcase thing.
