Red bolding mine.
Oh my goodness.

Why don't people with a suicidal mindset, severe depression, or other mental problems, get themselves treated or even have themselves committed, before harming innocent people ?
Imo, part of the answer is that they want to take revenge and lash out at society for not caring enough about them.
Which if that was BK's mindset, is simply not true.

Most likely 100 % of society at large would want him to get help, before harming himself or others.
Had he spoken openly to his family about it ?
Considering his comment about his father, prob. not; & in committing the murders (.02 says he did it), he treated all of his family like dirt.
What a burden to place on their shoulders to be even distantly connected to this horror.
Imo.
Omo.
Do we know anything about whether he’s ever received treatment or needed any treatment? Did he refuse treatment? I recall his battle with the rare neurological (link provided) condition known as visual snow. He chose a strict (as noted in the article) diet to lessen his symptoms - which I can be on board with; and it most likely helped him in some ways. A vegan diet can offer (imo) many benefits, but no it cant cure a neurological condition. Id be interested to know (will it come out in due time?) if BK received treatment, was he on treatment at one time? What’s his diagnosis?
Agreed.

Curious if he'd started fantasizing about the murders he'd eventually commit or if he'd spent time stalking not just the murder victims but other people as well ?
Imo.

I suspect he fantasized about committing a crime for a while before he actually (allegedly) did it, and who knows maybe this is not the first time… spitballing

In addition, as the article states, "I have no emotion, crazy thoughts, delusions of grandeur. I can do whatever I want with little remorse. I might spiral out of control,” read one post.

So, is that his (BK) explanation as to the why - - he didnt seek help… he doesnt- didnt realize theres anything wrong with himself. Scary stuff.

Did his family see it??? Id take a guess and say yes.

Allegedly, he is sitting in a cell thinking what did I do wrong???

Opinion only

I’m actually surprised.
I’m not. Case law was on the prosecution side in regards to all of this.

It was a clean sweep. Everything comes in.

Judge denies the Frank's hearing.

Per the article:
In addition, the defense’s assertion that investigators lied or withheld information from a prior judge to obtain search warrants was unfounded and does not support holding a separate hearing to challenge that evidence, 4th District Judge Steven Hippler wrote in his long-awaited court filings.

I knew I liked this judge. Sensible. Common sense. moo

I assume that AT will now file an appeal regarding the use of IGG? I'm guessing that the Idaho Supreme Court will not overturn the lower court's ruling, but AT may be going through the motions to try to get this to the U.S. Suprene Court.
It's in her hand right about now. lol moo

BK still has no standing.

But you today's rulings sting for the defense.

IGG developed a solid lead that resulted ultimately in the statistoctillion match that sinks BK every time.

very interesting, his level of interest in his class dropped off noticeably...out of character..a quieting. mOO

Famularo talked about a time last semester, around late October 2022, when the class and even the professor felt Kohberger had graded them too harshly on an exam.

“[The professor] brought Bryan before the class and let us tell him we were disappointed and ask him questions about it,” they said. “That was probably the most interaction any of us had with him.”

Stinchfield told the Spokesman that Kohberger was a harsh grader most of the time.

Pretty soon after this class discussion, Kohberger began handing out full credit on every assignment, Famularo said.
