I am not curious as to what he would have said to Tara....it would just be more lies, why go through with that.
I bet any money, that MR would have told Tara, that TLM told him it was all for a drug debt. He would take all the heat off of himself and blame it all on TLM and that he was guilty just because he fell for TLM's story and drove the car. He will not accept the fact that he was fully involved in this case ever.....he is a psychopath.

Im so glad Tara refused, he had 3 years to fill in the holes of the puzzle....why now, why with just Tara, why with no media..........COWARD!!!!

I agree Bravo. But all along he's played that "no one knows the real story" game. It's always been his way of trying to instill some level of doubt into what happened so that he can continue to manipulate the real truth getting out. And he played it to perfection with his mother it appears as she stood on the courthouse steps a week ago and said that her son is innocent and that TLM ruined their lives. I'm sure he played it with anyone else who may have been visiting and supporting him over the past three years. But you can bet he's never told a sole the "real story", just alluded to the possibility that there was something more than the obvious. He also played it with Tara today because she even questions whether she'll ever know the whole truth in her impact statement. So he saw someone who was still wavering and took the opportunity to pounce on it.

I think the jury saw through the BS and figured out the "real story", even without the aid of his incriminating laptop. But he's always going to maintain that there is more to it and that he is not guilty. It's all smoke and mirrors and I think the whole truth about what happened and why came out in that courtroom. There is nothing more to tell IMO. He did this, with the help of a disturbed teenager that he manipulated into helping him and that's all there is to it. That is the real story.

Well i am hoping to stay off this forum of Tori Stafford and hoping that MR doesn't try for an appeal. Hoping this is it and Tori's family can try to get their lives to somewhat as normal as they can. As for me a huge follower of the case. I too want to try and get back to the norm. This case did have quite the impact on my family as this happened very close to home. Tori is now at rest and TS family has some closure. So i am closing the thread now and hoping things remain finished. Maybe i will see some of you on another thread within the forum. Take care everyone.

I suspect many people who devotely followed this forum since Tori disappeared and religiously also during the trial ..all the praying for her and for justice to be brought forth. It kept everyone busy and now that it is over
I for one feel depressed. Its like finally letting go of something you really fought for and in the end..Tori is still gone....poor beautiful little angel.:tears:

I don't think it's a question of stupid, I think if it was any ones own child and they had any doubts whatsoever that they didn't know the whole story, they might consider listening to it BUT note, I said if they had any doubt, does she? I don't know if she does or doesn't or if she feels she has reason to believe she doesn't know everything. IMO there's nothing left to know but I'm not in her shoes.

I pray MR is forgotten outside while basking in the sunshine during the one hour of free time and Bubba finds him and makes friends with him. I do understand the judges decision to keep the laptop information back, as he saw it as a case for mistrial. IMHO I believe he felt there was enough information presented by the Crown to have found MR guilty. Could you only imagine if MR's defense filed a mistrial...OMG. Tori's poor family would have to endure all this nightmare all over again! When would that next trial commence? Three years from now? And again at taxpayers expense. I believe the judge will deny any appeals set forth by the defense as the evidence is overwhelming pointing at total involvement and MR being the mastermind which led Tori's death.

MR will be eligible for parole in 2034, but that does not mean he will get released. I pray other women come forward and give all the information they can to LE so that that information can be added to his file and when 2034 rolls around, the parole board has that additional information to consider before deciding. This I'm certain will seal the deal that MR will never walk free ever again. He will be on the dangerous offenders list and any additional information will seal his tomb.

Too bad Alcatraz wasn't still in operation. I remember watching a movie "Murder In The First". The dark, dank, hole where Henri Young was held for three years IMHO is what MR deserves. JMHO.

My hope now is Tori's loved ones are able to move forward as best they can with their lives and along with society, make the world a safer place for children.

Yes, he's clearly a coward. It's my opinion he continues to maintain innocence of the charges in order to protect his @$$ in prison.

Yep. Anything he does is for his own benefit. At least in his eyes. I pray if there are any victims out there they come forward.
