Rob Stafford's statement:

For the last three years, our family has struggled with the loss of Tori.
Until now, it was unclear to us how or why this has happened and we have all had questions.
Countless times we as a family have sat and tried to figure it out, along with people all across the country, all wanting answers.
Knowing now that this was an act or crime that didn’t have to take place just leaves everyone even more disgusted.
Your actions that day ended up up taking our niece, daughter, cousin, friend from us.
Our lives have changed; we have had to be strong for one another even when we weren’t feeling strong throughout this ordeal.
Until now, we didn’t know how long this would go on, but our time is done: your time is just beginning.

Nice job of sneaking in how you feel Rob.....1st letter of each sentence sums it up for all of us...I hope the MEDIA catches this and runs with it on the front page of the nationals newspapers....as I think we all feel the same!

Do you have a link to an article about this?:jail:

It's been mentioned in books about Williams, but only that they may have attended the same college at the same time at some point. No evidence of them ever meeting.

Still feeling overwhelmed and consumed with this. Its funny because I originally came here from curiosity. I google searched TS and that is when it led me here. I just couldnt shake from the beginning how weird this case was. People always ask me why I am so obsessed with this girl and I really cant see why they are not, ya know???

I feel like people look at me funny when I talk about it so I dont. There are some people that will come ask me so I will tell those people. Thank God for you guys and my friend who we converse everyday about this.

Its sad. It was a child. I cry when I hear a song that reminds me of her as if she was my child. I feel almost pathetic and I need to get a grip.

I am hoping this weekend I find peace about this because I really dont want to be a bubble wrapped mother.

I feel for the parents because I really dont think I would be able to move on. Maybe it makes it easier because they have Daryn and they need to move on. Either way I do pray that they find some sort of peace now that this is over. I really do.

Can't find it right now but when we were sleuthing Williams, someone did find a picture that had both of them in it and it wasn't a school picture either.

Ok, now for a more serious answer. This is where I think our prisons should be self-sustaining. Give these inmates a garden to look after, some animals to look after, eat the food they grow, etc. Rehabilitate them that way and also alleviate the burden of housing the criminals from the tax payer. Make them EARN their keep, while keeping the general public safe. For people like PB, RW, and MR if they must be in segregation, have them work at different times of the day by themselves!!!!

For whatever reason, they have decided to go the opposite direction, shutting down prison farms.

Another comforting thing to add here is that seg at KP has sicker people than Bernardo and Williams there, it's just that they got notoriety from the media. Don't think he will have fun there at all with the crazies screaming at night and throwing urine and feces around. His pumas won't stay clean for long.

That demonic 🤬🤬🤬 had the evil intention to talk to Tara like that in his pathetic, sorry-a** statement yesterday, and the nerve to even TALK about Daryn's Statement, and IMO, it showed the depths of his depravity in just that short amount of time.

I will not be surprised to see a media interview with him, as I am sure he will want more attention, and just like Tara said, he wants to continue to control.

There are other psychopathic rapists and murderers who have done this also, are there not? They try and torment the living victims of their crimes?

Sadistic and 100% PURE Evil.

I can definitely see him trying to do a book or something to make himself money!! I think the warden has to approve any interviews though and I don't think they let that happen very often.

I'm pretty sure he isn't "allowed" to profit from his crime and therefore a book deal would be out of the question........... hence why we've seen nothing from Bernardo.

On another note... the cells in the unit at Kingston Pen. have solid walls between them and plexiglass facing the Correction Officers so that the Officers can see the prisoners but the prisoners cannot see each other. They can, however, speak to and hear one another. MR and PB can make googly eyes at each other all they want but neither will see what the other is doing. Too bad though, I think the stare down from RW would be enough to make MR go completely mad.

Why Tori will always matter

http://www.lfpress.com/news/london/raffertytrial/2012/05/15/19762406.html

Here is an INCREDIBLE article written by Randy Richmond of the London Free Press. Very well written and captures what many Canadians feel for Tori!!!!!!!!!! Well done Randy.

I agree, thank-you so much Randy Richmond.

This is an absolute must-read article by Randy.

The analogy of the Lilac Bush from the daily pressers when Tori was missing was very sad.

This article brought even more tears. Oh, how Tori touched us in so many, many ways. :(

Sorry if this is a repeat, catching up.

Have fun with your new vile neighbors, you 🤬🤬🤬.

Wills' Kingston cell empty, ready for Rafferty

TORONTO - It turns out hardcore lifers have a hard time sleeping at night.

Complaints from schoolgirl murderer Paul Bernardo and killer-colonel Russell Williams about all-night singing and a neighbour’s lack of hygiene have led to former cop Richard Wills — who murdered his mistress — being moved from a segregated range at Kingston Penitentiary.

And prison insiders claim Michael Rafferty, 31, who was sentenced to life on Tuesday for killing eight-year-old Tori Stafford, will occupy the cell of the former 25-year Toronto cop. He was moved to a B.C. prison last month following the complaints.

Fellow lifers Bernardo and Williams alleged they were kept awake at night by Wills’ loud singing and bad hygiene. He defecated on himself repeatedly, forcing guards to spray him down, prison officers said.

TORONTO - Prison officials claim Michael Rafferty, 31, sentenced to life for killing eight-year- old Victoria Stafford, will occupy the cell of a murderous former Toronto cop, who was recently booted from the cell at Kingston Penitentiary due to his disgusting behaviour.

Off you go, then.

Your name will now be included amongst Canada's most vile killers, Paul Bernardo and Russell Williams.

Women who aid their mates in rape and murder.

Although much has been learned about male-female killer couples since the notorious Paul Bernardo-Karla Homolka case in the 1990s, the recent trials of Michael Rafferty and Terri-Lynne McClintic for the kidnap-rape-murder of Tori Stafford have once again horrified and perplexed both the public and the media. How and why would a woman participate in a rape and murder perpetrated by her male partner?

Prison Conditions at Kingston Pen

Defence lawyer Tony Bryant, who represented Bernardo, expects Williams will be on the same range as his old client, where the prison cells are 2.5 by 3 metres.

Bernardo’s tiny cell — his home for the past 15 years — is not much larger than a typical household washroom, equipped with a cot, desk and toilet.

Prisoners can talk to the inmate in the adjoining cell, but can’t see them at the prison, which opened in 1835.

“It’s a grim existence, no question about that,” said Bryant. “Most people would say rightly so, given the horrific nature of the crimes these people have committed.”Williams would likely be in the segregation unit for his own safety, said Bryant, adding prison officials have an obligation to take care of everyone — they can’t pick and choose.

That doesn’t mean Williams is free from the risk of physical harm.

Bernardo has been attacked and harassed at the prison. He was punched in the face by another inmate while returning from a shower in 1996. In June 1999, five convicts tried to storm the segregation range where he lives and a riot squad had to use gas to disperse them.

That was me, max. Not everybody agreed with me, but I am 99% convinced it was PB over RW's shoulder in that pic. I can only find cropped copies of the pic now:

I'm glad someone clarified that it was Rob and not Rod ... I came up with a jumble and even deleted the duplicate letters in Rodney's statement. Came up with something like AITNWYISOY :waitasec:
