From something I read the vaccinated dogs are being killed as well because if Pirated vaccines in a corrupt Government. 40,000 rabies vaccines were realy just saline water.

Tybee, if you can find a link, please post it. I hadn't heard about the vaccines being pirated. I did hear that approx. 4,000 dogs had been vaccinated and they were being killed too.
