I agree, I couldn't care less that any of them have to say. I can't believe somebody is payign them for an interview. IF ANYBODY FEELS LIKE PAYING THE ANTHONYS FOR AN INTERVIEW, INSTEAD DONATE THAT MONEY TO THE SEARCH FOR CAYLEE ANTHONY.

We need to find out if someone is paying and if so then we need to find out who their sponsors are. We can then contact the sponsors and say we will boycott their products. Believe me, this really works...I successfully worked to keep a sex offender off our local pro football team by doing just that....money talks.

Yes, she has a right to bail if she can make it -- but we all know the only reason anyone would pay her bail is because this case is high profile. Wonder if that moneybags is going around bailing others out of jail out of the goodness of his/her heart. Doubt it!

Hang in there, though, kiddo...LE has been aware, I'm sure, of this possibility and has a plan. I have no doubt of it. She will remain free only so long as LE thinks it might help their case against her. So don't fear....she'll be back where she belongs soon!

Let's say we knew who was behind the underwriting of said Bonds, and even though they posted it as a "production company" and not the network, but it could be proven it had ties to said Network and or show...

Do you think 20/20 pays for interviews? If they do and if they are the nut cases bailing her out I would sure like to know about that.

I know everyone is upset, some rich (idiot) has bailed her out of jail because her civil rights has been violated.

Still lets look at this calmly, after a deep breath.

1.) In jail, she does not have her Mother Cindy looking at her. If Cindy/Lee/George actually asked her questions, Casey cannot get away from her.
2.) We all know they are about to release more evidence from the FBI lab. That should heat up that house, until it explodes.
3.) Regular people will again get upset she is out, and hopefully volunteer to get their anger out. If used correctly this should get TES more volunteers then they would know what to do with. (If you think Cindy was wrong for insulting a man who came to help, if you are upset Casey is out, help find Caylee, put her rest, and prove to Cindy that she is wrong.)
4.) Since no one is going to foot a security team, I am sure the pressure will ratchet up on the entire family, possibly causing someone to actually think things through.

Who is footing the costs for all the processing and paperwork to put her in, get her out, put her in, get her out? Taxpayers? This is absurd. What with the hurricane possibly heading toward Florida, I'd say they need their resources to prepare for that, not dance around with this insane family.

I don't think Leonard Padilla will provide 1 ounce of security on Casey. He is at odds with her and her family. He is just trying to solve the case now. He isn't spending any more of his money on this case or his time protecting casey.

Betcha he is..........he is being VERY vocal on this and seemed to know who bonded (tabloid) her out before the news reporters!!!

Every day there seems to another statement or event that shocks and angers us even more than the day before. I've come to realize that in THIS case, we need to expect it. Just before the announcement of the bond being posted, I put this response in the thread about Cindy's statement about TM and LP:

This mess is going to get a lot worse before the tide turns and the wheels of justice start turning.

We all need to be prepared (on a daily basis) for more and more shocking statements and revelations that will anger us. They just keep coming and we need to brace ourselves to that inevitability, while knowing that in the end, justice will be served.

I started a thread in the wee hours of this morning called follow the money with some speculation with regard to the money aspect. One thing I can't get away from is the length of Casey's silence and the smugness that defines her whole manner. To me it says ..ok come after me but if I go down, there will be some power people come with me. Are these power people behind the reward, the lawyers, the bonds, the security? It's like Casey knows all she has to do is sit tight and she will get out and eventually become quite wealthy.

Another thought I had in passing is that, what if these peolple are bonding her out to maybe make sure she NEVER talks? If I were she I think I'd be a tad nervous.

There's a reason she struts. It's too strange. It's just abnormal, given the trouble she's in. Even though she's a sociopath it's just beyond the pale.

Can't the judge stop the release? If her safety is an issue then the Judge can revoke. Maybe if the news gets out that people are upset, the judge might question releasing her.

I don't know but I have been looking for something that shows he can. Hold her as a material witness, hold her in contempt....

I don't get how we have a legal system in which if I leave a bruise on a child I will be arrested, but if my kid dissappears and I refuse to answer any questions I am not held until the whereabouts of my child are determined.

If Caylee is alive (yeah, I know) but according to the family she is, her silence is endangering a child. That should be a new endangerment charge everyday she doesn't talk. Held without bond.

Will you also be boycotting this site to send a message to those companies who are, in essence, seeking to profit from the crimes that bring us here?

Again--I'm not defending this bail-out, I couldn't be more disgusted by it. Just had to get that thought out of my head.

If they were dumb enough to think it could not be traced back, yes, I do.
I already know the name of the Production Company, if I can confirm the tie, I'll post it absolutely.

Found this on the Orange County Clerk website! Seems the bond was posted by 2 different agencies from the looks of it.

Yep, two companies split the amount so each are on the hook for $250K each.
If you notice, the part posted by Von Waldner is a *transfer bond* through Miller Bail Bonds, which means Miller is holding the actual risk on the bond, & Von Waldner just filed the paperwork. More than likely they would have the same indemnity/insurance company, but for whatever reason, probably logistics, Miller couldn't appear in person to post the bond at Orange County jail.
When you Google "Miller Bail Bonds" there are agencies listed from Kissimmee to Arizona, so anonymous could be ANYBODY who is ANYWHERE in the country.

I feel like bailing from this case for a while. It is too upsetting that someone like Casey gets breaks all the time and LE can't seem to get enough on her to arrest her for the killing of her daughter. I wouldnt be surprised this is all she gets is what she has now. I think if they had enough to arrest her, they would. This case is making me sick! I hope something happens tomorrow to prevent this. I wouldn't be surprised that LE doesn't arrest her again tho for a few more petty charges but that won't keep her in long. wish they could arrest the parents on something and give them a huge bail amount to keep them in jail for a while. wonder who would put up their bail?

I am with you Kathyn. I feel like taking a break myself but for some ODD reason I stay is to get the latest news and everytime something new is released I get even more MAD!!!! We need to get justice for Caylee which is not the focus for this family, and as a mother it makes me want to hurl.

Tiricia is only using ads to pay for the huge bill this site has to cost. She refuses to ask for donations. I would much rather see an ad than have this site not be here any more. I am sure she has expenses for her own family she has to pay. No I will not be boycotting this site. She is doing what she has to do to keep this board open.
