I hope this classifies as offbeat, it's awful! Unfortunately the age for such things just crawls lower and lower.

That's pretty sick. Its also sick that I have to hope that it belongs to her parents and not her, but unfortunately that's the only thing I can do at this point. My daughter is 9 and I can't imagine her even picking up a tobacco cigarette, much LESS weed.

Shoot, these kids see their parents doin it and worse, when my stepdaughter was 7 she was rolling up pieces of paper like a joint . We asked her what she was doing and she was copying what she saw her mom doing.. rolling ciggarettes that stink. It gets younger and younger. When I was in school the IN people were the athletes and cheerleader. Now they are the kids that skip and do drugs.... pathetic.
