Poor Tony Thomas. He purchased a gigantic boulder in Brazil for 60K hoping it would contain emeralds. He was then defrauded by a number of people who claimed the boulder was stolen on its way to being shipped to him...3 owners later, the feds swooped in and grabbed the rock as it was about to be sold in Las Vegas.

Multiple people have stepped forward claiming that they own it and it is all about to be sorted out in a small courtroom in a tiny CA town.

The rock's current worth?? $400 MILLION.
