ELKHORN, Neb. -- Local law enforcement has a new way to find missing children.
A number of agencies attended a training session on Wednesday as a part of "A Child Is Missing" alert program.
The program will have fewer restrictions than an Amber Alert.

Anyone heard of this "A child is missing"program? I just heard a snipit on TV about it. WHat I caught was when a child is reported missing everyone in the local area gets a phone call with a recorded message with info. I THINK that is what I heard. Any one else??
