It would be hilarious! But, don't play with opossum, they bite. (Or can be rabid if not raised at home.) At least it beats turning them into stew.

:waitasec: When I saw the title of this thread, I thought it meant a cooking contest using possums to make "dressing" ( what people NOT from the South call "stuffing") . I really do know some folks who still kill and eat possum, one woman cooks it in her crock pot! That's a little too country for me!:blushing:
