I too should know better not to read these stories. What a sicko. I hope they can punish him harshly. The poor doggie. I can't stand to read this stuff. People are just plain crazy and as stated, "FREAKS". I would like to see animal abusers get stiffer sentences. I don't care about his mental competency. He needs to do hard time, just like all who abuse helpless creatures.
