She didn't sound like a child on the 911 call.
No, she didn't. She sounded like a darn good actress, which is why SHE and not John made that 911 call.

No matter how one tries to spin it the intruder simply never existed.
well yes of course patsy had to have SOMETHING to do with it..
Its time for you RDIers to give up, realize you were wrong and back off, dont make
fools of yourselves any longer.
Thanks for the feedback. I will crawl back in my hole now.
I have read a lot about this case but on a Topix forum. I have never believed the Ramsey's killed JB. I think it was made to look like they did on purpose.
Right Mom!:blowkiss:
So Warsaw, what do you make of these new developments? Is your head about ready to explode like mine?
..I got the feeling that our posts, esp.the RDI's,were being read closely, and when not many ppl bought the dna excuse when it was fished for again in the stocked pond, the RST once again came up with another plan..dna again, only 'supposedly' better this time. How many times can they try to rebuild the Bionic man? 'we can rebuild him...we can make him better than before...'. It just gets old.I'm happy to know that people are still working on this case. I hope their efforts pay off and the truth comes out eventually.
Something about this case has always creeped me out. When I read about it late at night, on this forum and elsewhere, I get that creepy feeling that I am being watched. Does this happen to anyone else? It seems to only happen when I read about this case, and I'm not sure why.

Let's suppose that an intruder did indeed kill JonBenet. Patsy is awoken by a noise and checks JB's room to discover that she is missing. She frantically searches the house, and discovers JB's body. Upon discovering the body, she suffers a breakdown and enters a fugue state, or a break with reality. She wraps JB in her favorite blanket, places her body in the wine cellar {out of sight, out of mind), and in her mind creates a reality in which JB is still alive. She writes the ransom note as a way to give credibility to this alternate reality that she has imagined. All the while telling herself that JB isn't really dead, it's all just a bad dream. At this point, Patsy is like a child who has closed his/her eyes to reality and wished a bad situation away. Whether or not she realizes later what she has done, who knows?
Feedback appreciated!
It's close to something I've wondered about: what if Patsy and John Ramsey initially suspected each other and independently took steps to try to cover for the other? What if each of them took action that they thought would help cover for the other (say, Patsy writes the ransom note) but neither of them knew the other was doing so?
Later, when they've had a chance to process, calm down, speak privately to each other, they become convinced of the other's innocence. Now they're left with quite a dilemma: they've both taken action that confused the evidence and could be interpreted as obstruction of justice. They've got a nine year old son who will need both parents to help him deal with this tragedy.
And they're also now really, really paranoid: they know neither of them did it, so who did it? That wondering, that unanswered question eventually erodes many of their friendships.
I would think that if that were the case, that Patsy would have to have been mentally ill. Does anyone know if she had any mental illness in the past? I've never heard that reported.Hello! I'm not as well read as everyone here, but I thought I would throw this out there for your consideration. Sorry if it has already been discussed and I missed it.

Interesting theory, but I don't think so. She finds her daughter dead and AUTOMATICALLY suspects her husbandI'm not sure. It's possible, perhaps.

Considering her history with cancer & all the strong drugs she took, it doesn't seem far fetched to believe she had psychological 'drama' in her recent past.
