This grabbing the gun off the shelf business alone can convict her (interestingly Katie DDJ also wrote the same thing down as we compared notes on the break). Things are all the way to the end of each shelf, neat as a pin and those shelves are WAY high. Once again we are reminded of Travis' neat and tidy lifestyle.

It almost seems like she's a zombie. Given up. (although I know she hasn't given up ..she just thinks this is a good act for her).

JM is SO organized with exhibits at his desk all stacked up in order.

Maurent staring intently at her, her chair really turned that way.

"I didn't think we were arguing" re: Havasupai trip...right after saying "I was mortified" about the argument. HUH? Sociopathy in action again.

Her gaze again directed toward the jury box railing.

Something's coming with this text and she knows it. Don't think the "whatever you in the nose" stuff was necessary. Too much time spent on that and it's ambiguous imo. But he did do it to disrupt her chronology so for that reason, yes.

She's gonna start leaking clues now as to what really happened.

Medial behind me whispering constantly. Her voice is so soft I can't hear well. I finally turn around and ask them to stop whispering.

EVIL F'ING DEMON!:furious: (from my notes)

I'm not normally one to poo poo an evening of adult beverages, but cut us a break! There's only so long we can tolerate the HLN Cast of shriekers, morons & J-zzheads (ddlkatie & friend being the lone voices of reason).

Notes! Notes! Notes! Notes!

(Looks up, sees KCL.) Oh! Nevermind!

Katie, you were there today ! What a monumental day, my Juan was spot on. Amazing it was~ running to read your notes now.

Page 4

Ponytail (older man on the end with a long white ponytail). I'm watching him a lot today. He appears to be a quiet gentle soul. He's not taking any notes today and some times sits there with his eyes closed. Not sleeping but kind of like "let me just shut this all out". It seems to me (my projection) that he's just hitting his fill of all the lack of humanity in this case / this defendant. I see people like this in my profession all the time....my heart kind of ached for him as I just got this feeling he's sort of heartbroken over having to witness this inhumanity.

"a defining moment" she calls the murder

Yes JA it does define you...as EVIL

Jock back row yawning.

Gun went off prior to impact.

It's good he's soliciting all these details...will highlight how she remembers either everything or nothing.

"It all happened so fast" Betty Broderick said this exact quote. Oh brother.

Head down charging like a bull (it was kinda funny when Juan did that)

"ball of fury" oh please.

Page 5

She's stalling to think about how the head wound (gunshot) needs to be to line up with her current story.

He wants to make her demonstrate..she doesn't want to AT ALL.

Martinez asks her to come down for the demo. SIdebar. Bailiff heads up to adjust the water carafe for the camera man.

5 MIN BREAK

I end up comparing notes with katie and she's seeing the same stuff I am...we agree biggest bombshell is that closet. It made no sense and clear she was just lying there.

After we return from the break JM looks like the cat who swallowed the canary. He's in his stride and he knows it.

I believe you're referring to Jodi, not Samantha.

Jodi, after she lifted her face, could be seen laughing during one of her make-believe crying jags. I think it was when she removed her hands to take her glasses off. It was brief, but visible to anyone paying attention.

They've had the re-run of that moment on TV several times tonight.

I noticed that she very obviously moved the water jug from its position to her right to place it squarely between her and the prosecutor. The other thing I noticed that I would like the court observers to comment on was that I thought I saw her peeking out from between her fingers while she was fake sobbing.

Seriously.

Is there a monitor for the live feeds where she might be able to see herself? I noticed the peeking out too, wondered if she was trying to gauge how she looks on tv.

Yes! I saw this too...the first time she was "sobbing" right before the judge called a break. She was peeking out--no question!:maddening:

katycoolady, I wonder if you or any other court watchers, noticed Jodi's crying while covering her face and hiding her eyes. And then she displayed an evil smirk as she pulled off her glasses to wipe at her eyes and nose! That absolutely gave me cold chills! Her evil just jumped from the tv screen,& I honestly felt like I needed to throw Holy Water at the television! It was quite frightening!
And thankyou katiecl for all your first hand information you share! I so appreciate your doing it for us all!!!

Without talking he keeps saying..in her little "move" I notice how she highlights her left forehead in a little lift up to present it as "this is how he was when I shot him in the head". So rehearsed and staged. Calculated.

Bailiff crosses to talk to an armed guard at the jury door in front of us. Highly unusual in the middle of testimony. SHe stands there for a fairly long time...kinda weird.

Flores returns to the courtroom after that little break and after Jod's demo.

He ws "screaming obscenities" but she can't remember the words.

She remembers when she closes and opens her eyes..."blinked hard". Yet can't remember clean up/washer/packing / driving/KILLING

LIAR

she screamed "STOP" with the gun...rrrrrrright

BOMBSHELL!!!!!!!

The finger. "that's the only visible injury" she admits she injured her l ring finger during the crime. ding ding ding!!!

She slipped up with the finger and trying to wiggle out but no wiggle room.

Dad taking notes non stop throughout this finger business.

"You did say the only injury you received was..." Perry Mason moment

she remembers every word he said then forgets the rest

Tri color head down writing intensely during this.

Maureen hand over mouth writes down about JA dropping knife and screaming.

Would love to see this video of her laughing during one of her crying jags. I didn't notice it.

After afternoon break now:

Nurmi and JA sitting in pow wow very close, his head bent down close to her. Talking animatedly. JW standing nearby just looking at her phone. JA staring ahead zombie like after this...gearing herself up?

Talking now to JW but not looking at her(JA not looking at JW).

Mitigation specialist now talking to her nodding smiling (blech). She's wearing a headband and HUGE earrings that dangle to her collar bones and are wide and shiny.

JM and Flores sitting at the prosecution table.

These media people way too chatty at breaks in court and during testimony.

BREAKING NEWS: Right now after break, there is more than one paper in the jury question basket. I confirm with Beth Karas these ARE questions. I talked with her on the break and she told me the paper in there yesterday was some kind of judicial request she knows about but can't report on. But there ARE multiple questions today.

THANK YOU! I was beginning to think I was going INSANE! None of the talk shows have mentioned this admission and I thought it was one of the BIGGEST moments of her ENTIRE testimony. She didn't have time to THINK and actually told the (I can't believe I'm using this word) TRUTH.

(Did I mention: I LOVE Juan Martinez and thought he had a TERRIFIC day today!) :rocker:

I felt like this too at times.

I hate to ask, but... :::sighs::: Is it possible to see this video on Nancy Grace? I might stomach her to see it during a rerun.

Sure you all saw her stupid looking down and often not even looking at the exhibits.

How convenient her memory cuts off right after he "threatened her". She's stupid.

Nurmi keeps objecting saying "she doesn't remember" which I think is him reminding her she's supposed to not be remembering.

The photo deletion stuff is huge. "it would be an indication you knew what happened..this photo deletion" "YES"

Tri color furiously writing now.

A photo admitted I've not seen...baseboard and a part of T's bloody body (ugh).

She answers questions about the picture without looking at it.

Total unrelated and out of order side note but landed here...Tanisha by the way has a very soft, feminine voice.
