You may want to check with Katie DDJ tonight they have video from Medfords where TA tells mugging story BUT tonight they compared it to JAs 48Hours "Ninja" lies and they are eerily similar.. idk JM may already have it but I know there was court motion for other video on HLN...

This ending of the day was like the Superbowl and some other kind of major event I can't think of right now where your team hits it out of the park in an unexpected steal at the very end.

I walk out and immediately see PASA, Katie, Stacy and we all pile in an elevator all with the same feeling. We all are containing tIhis physical feeling of wanting to JUMP FOR JOY!!! We are all on the same page. This was just out of this world amazing the feelng we all had.

We walk out and some camera man wants to interview Katie..and Stacy too so while he is inteviewing K, we look around and STacy and I hold hands like two little girls and jump up and down in front of the court house. I had to..I was going nuts! I wanted to turn a cartwheel!

T's family comes out and we all get BIG HUGS> Samantha and Tanisha hug me so hard and have such huge smiles. This was like...I can't even describe it. We talk to them for a loonnnggg time in front of the courthouse. A few court nuts come around but we basically ignore them. I don't really post private conversations with the familiy but let me just say there were hugs and smiles ALL around and we agreed this was a huge game changer today. What a way to go in to this long weekend! For the family, us and the JURY!!!

One final note for tonite (maybe lol). It was kind of a mystery to all of us why Nurmi passed the ball for the last few remaining minutes to Martinez at the end of the day. It was odd, not expected. Almost like he was doing an intentional fumble. Did it read like that to the rest of you?

With his slow motion Nurmambic Pentameter he surely could have nurmed up a few more slow drawn out questions but he kind of quickly ended up and tossed it to Juan. WHy I wonder?

Beth thought it was maybe cuz he wants all his experts together for a 4 day stretch. But that means 2 full days next week of....Juan crossing these jury questions? (ok that would send me in to some kind of pop rock heaven if you get my drift) But...anyway, kind of an unsolved mystery.

Katie and PASA, wow... what an afternoon! How exciting that Mr PASA was able to join you all. I have to tell you girls (and you'll see for yourself when you watch the testimony again later) that the overall look and demeanor of JA is nothing I have seen before- in this entire trial. She KNOWS the jig is up.

It was amazing and this is nothing, I am convinced, compared to what Juan has for rebuttal. I do, however, think that this cross of juror questions will have a distinct and separate element to anything else in the trial. The jury is asking for clarification and she is (IMO) lying TO THEM DIRECTLY! I think jurors should be allowed to ask questions in every state!

Idk about everyone else but when JM started talking saying I didn't ask you... I was jumping around house yellin He!! Yeah Juan!! I was laughing hootin & Hollar'n I think we are all passionate about seeing Justice for Travis & his family!!

you're right. Her lying directly TO them is what will give her a free pass straight to death row. They were OVER IT.

A few days ago, Jodi said Mr Burns was wrong when he said she told him she cut her finger while at work at Margaritaville. She said what she actually said was she cut her finger at work on a margarita glass. Today in her smug little tone, she corrects JM, saying she never said she cut her finger on a glass, that it was on the metal part of a shelf the glasses sit on. This comes just after the jury asks why they should believe she is NOW telling the truth......and low and behold......the third version of where/how she cut her finger.

I have a mundane question.

Do the jurors sit in the same seats every day? If they do, it is required, like an "assigned" seat, or do they just tend to sit in the same order every day, like in a classroom situation?

I MISSED nearly the entire day today except for a few peeks (waaaahhh! Real life gets in the way!), and am just now beginning to catch up a bit. I cannot WAIT to watch Juan!

You had typed in a thread this am, where you would be sitting and about your high ponytail, but I could never spot you. Saw Stacy on DD and she is adorable, but Drew sorta cut her off a bit or didn't get the point I thought she was making, that Travis wasn't in her opinion, exerting some big control over Jodi regarding mormonism. Your jewlery pick really suited Beth!

I love your take on the jurors. I feel like this will be a jury that understands using common sense, unlike the CA jury!

idk i got so bored i started timing he was hardly saying 30 words per minute, i think he couldn't stretch it out long enuff, maybe he thought jodi would ramble more?
