Hey everybody - let's slow down our posts - Katie is hoping to get all her posts about today clustered together for easy reading for us.

At some point she's taken off her Single White Female power jacket so she's back in the blood red.

Phone rings in the gallery, public side. Nurmi whips his head around. lol

Juror 1 looks down or straight ahead.

My JUROR OF THE DAY is CEO. Lots of notes on him you will see.

CEO, to me just looks pure pissed now. Maybe he's the one who knows GUNS. Nancy is drinking a Starbucks coffee...iced coffee drink. NOT a strawberry frappe.

Ponytail examining the split ends on her bangs as JA reads in slow motion again...tearful re: letters F HER!!!

I whsiper something to Jake and look up and the Judge is staring at me I think...oops!

I want to scream every time she says a word with a "k" sound at the end..that sharp crisp way she says it's like ..so affected. It makes me NUTS.

I also hate when she says Travis "passed away". NO, he was MURDERED I want to scream!

Jake is leaving after the break. He despises Nurmi and can't stomach it..he's so squirmy next to me...he's going out of his mind with irritation here.

I really want to be a light bringer in to this courtroom but right now I want to leap over this railing and scream and throttle this B. I can only imagine how some jurors feel...much less the family.

How does she dare utter 11/6 ..that's my BD. UGH

I don't think I've ever despised someone so much in my life.

Was dark blue Travis' favorite color? (ribbons--later asked the family and answer was YES)

She writes "yeah actually I like the dark rich blue better " in her journal re: pen ink color. Of course that would be about Travis psycho stalker.

"Harsh words" = pushing her to the ground? Oh please. C'mon Nurmi, you're insulting this jury now.

This looks like a new journal entry to me..one we've not seen. NO jurors taking notes.

He's dragging and dragging out this journal BS. Jurors not buying it. Ponytail looks bored and fidgety now.

CEO's face is red ..rubbing his eyes...he just looks annoyed to me. He sits forward resting on his forearms on his notebook looking side to side while questioning going on..very different stance for him and I wasn't the only person who noticed this change today.

My "Four Boys on the Back" in a coalition now. All mirroring each other's posture. Even Poquito sitting up with his chin jutting out, head back. Wrestler looks pissed. Neil super serious which he has not shown before.

Mormon stuff--CEO rolling his pen on the notebook between his fingers...again this is highly unusual for his usually attentive note taking behavior.

CPA yawning...whole hand covering over lower half of his face.

Ponytail may have just written another question. She pulled out a white page, wrote on it, then put it back in her binder.

Not one male on the jury who doesn't seem totally OVER IT.

CEO rubbing forehead..he conveys the frustration visibly like "come ON, get this OVER WITH".

Chinese water torture would be better than this BS! (that was me)

"Best friend, ex boyfriend, it was complicated" statement both Paul Rudd and CEO look straight ahead and cover their mouths with their hands.

**another juror question just came in.

Zero note taking now. All of the male, some of the female jurors looking irritated, bored, pissed, restless.

Tri color stays attentive...as well as Housewife.

She remains animated, half smile , enjoying her "interview" (JA)

Nurmi's lumbering pace is really infuriating. CEO has stopped looking at her when she speaks altogether. He glances at Nurmi though.

Nurmi appears to stall on purpose.

Jake is ready to lose his mind here nexxt to me..he's so fidgety. He's dying to get out of here.

Nurmi has totally lost this jury. How can he not see this?

Poquito now swiveling in his chair back and forth.

How can this "threesome" come in without being hearsay?

Paul Rudd starts rolling his thumbs rapidly when Cancun questions come up (did she want to go..oh please).

Most attentive jurors: tri color, Housewife, Maureen, Barb

She's lying re: Travis showing her pic of Mimi.

Paul Rudd yawns in his palm.

Mimi is lucky to still be alive imo.

BS she didn't feel jealous re: Mimi..another example of a sociopath missing the right note on their guess at normal human emotions.

CEO takes notes re: the Mimi "bittersweet" BS. NO jealousy..obvious BS.

CEO looks up abruptly with a pissed look when she claims she didn't know he was taking Mimi to Cancun. Then he writes something on his notepad.

CEO writes her crazy "unconditional love" comment (that makes me want to scream out loud) ..he blinks quickly a ton of blinks then writes a note.

CPA chin in hand...swiveling.

This "love" business is gonna buy her the Death Penalty. What is Nurmi thinking?

How does he find this helpful? it's the opposite.

Maureen gum chewing, sighing, swiveling.

Ponytail rubbing her face and eyes.

JM looking through some kind of pages..journal pages?

I've worked up an appetite with all of this restraint.

The worried affect I saw with the jury questions is gone on JA.

I end up in the BR crossing paths with JA's mom again. I make a note in the stall..as usual.

Talk to Katie and a few others on the break..apparently some real drama in the hall with the public observers..it's a real nut factory of people out there. I feel bad for the normal ones like Katie, Pasa, Stacy.

Hi Katie-- i just want to offer my heartfelt sadness for Jake Orbin. I saw the story a few years ago about the murder of his dad by that monstrous witch, definitely one of the worst in the annals of murder. My heart breaks for him.

She talks about feeling ashamed in a matter of fact way without displaying any emotional connection to the words.

Ok now the entire vibe in the courtroom changes the second Juan Martinez stands up. the jury stands up taller, more attentive. You can hear an audible sound around me. Major changes in the courtroom all around. I feel like I just drank a quadruple shot of espresso right now.

CEO now taking notes.

Now Paul Rudd sitting up tall.

CEO writing after Matt Martinez testimony "lying" for her. WOW

ANother juror question just came in...Housewife or Grandpa.

Nurmi is gonna object every 5 seconds now to slow down Juan.

"I'm not asking you to interpret anything" BOOM

Notes taken re: experts he's asking about. WILLIE is taking notes for the first time I've seen in WEEKS.

Martinez is on fire. SO many notes being taken.

Barb has this cocked head posture on the back row toward her like as if saying "are you for real???".

It's now 4:00pm and we get 1/2 hour more of Juan.

He fits in more in a half an hour than Nurmi does in an entire afternoon.

CEO is now sitting up...alert, taking notes. Same with Ponytail.

Housewife alot of note taking.

Tri color head bobbing back and forth like watching a tennis match.

Note taking on the sidebar even. More juror questions coming in.

CEO pans the gallery.

JUror 1 very attentive now...first time I've seen her take a note ever.

Ya know how in college you had a boring professor and you're annoyed and bored and restless and struggling to stay awake and then you get a good engaging professor next hour who commands attention and you are inspired to take notes? This is just like that.

For anyone who has been there... does Mr. Martinez look well in person? I was thinking about how much I wanted him to take a good vacation after this but I learned he is also working on another big trial heading his way. He works so hard while the other side has many people working for them including two at the table. I know this is what he does and the man has a passion for it but does he look like he is fit and well? He has my heart and I want nothing but the best for him. When he has to approach with Big/Tall Nurmi and Willmott to fight for something it tugs at my heart as he stands there respectfully, hands behind his back waiting for his turn.

Sorry, long winded question but thanks for reading.

Juan Martinez looked great today. I've seen him leaving the courtroom a couple of times and he seems in a good mood and plenty of energy after a long day.

Walmart has no record of any returned gas cans. He's bringing it HOME.

I'm feeling this intense feeling building in my body. If I was at a concert I'd be on my feet dancing and clapping. I'm having a hard time staying in my seat right now I'm filled with unbridled JOY.

OMG...I cannot describe the endorphin rush I'm having right now...it's crazy!!!

This ending of the day was like the Superbowl and some other kind of major event I can't think of right now where your team hits it out of the park in an unexpected steal at the very end.

I walk out and immediately see PASA, Katie, Stacy and we all pile in an elevator all with the same feeling. We all are containing tIhis physical feeling of wanting to JUMP FOR JOY!!! We are all on the same page. This was just out of this world amazing the feelng we all had.

We walk out and some camera man wants to interview Katie..and Stacy too so while he is inteviewing K, we look around and STacy and I hold hands like two little girls and jump up and down in front of the court house. I had to..I was going nuts! I wanted to turn a cartwheel!

T's family comes out and we all get BIG HUGS> Samantha and Tanisha hug me so hard and have such huge smiles. This was like...I can't even describe it. We talk to them for a loonnnggg time in front of the courthouse. A few court nuts come around but we basically ignore them. I don't really post private conversations with the familiy but let me just say there were hugs and smiles ALL around and we agreed this was a huge game changer today. What a way to go in to this long weekend! For the family, us and the JURY!!!
