Seriously you look great from I've on TV.. if you're really that bothered about it I wonder if the spa at the Phoenician does those seaweed wraps that suppose to make you drop 10lbs?? My spa Doc has some new laser Lipo thing but don't know fast it works lol (I worry about things all the time)

I'm really just workin on doing a little detox so I don't feel so yucky from the stress eating I've been doing...and my attitude. But I am getting a haircut and a spray tan and I hope I don't look like an oompa loompa.

Big, small, skinny or curvy, of course we'd all worry about this before going on t.v.! AND WHAT TO WEAR?! I love that Katie's so down to Earth that this is even a discussion! I agree with OIA and highly recommend SASSY WATER all weekend! xo

No Way would you look like an oompa loompa! I always battle my weight my trick is celery & PB.. get protein from PB celery helps flush fluids esp drinking tea natural diuretic..

NO I don't have an eating disorder or neurotic just been known to try to squeeze in to skinny jeans or special dress from time to time

Yes he will continue...BK thinks he's kind of using this time like a recross of her. YES more questions came in while Nurmi was still crossing her. There will be more questions next week. :seeya:

She really looked beautiful in the video tonight.

My brother was stabbed one night with his own knife. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. He left the hospital saying the nurses were laughing at his tattoos. He tried to walk home but was picked up by police thinking he was drunk. They took him to my mom's and she tried to let him sleep it off. When she was unable to wake him we realized he was in a coma. Fast forward six weeks later: we find out he was killed by antifreeze poisoning.

It never even made the newspapers.

I guess that started my interest in crimes. We still don't know whether he was murdered or committed suicide.

You know, in another case, we made a thread just for messages to the victim of horrible child abuse (Kyle). Then, one of the mods got the notes to him. Maybe we can create a thread like that for messages of support to the family and prayers or thoughts to Travis, and someone could print them out and give Travis' family the messages?

He is also now armed with knowing where the juror's interest lies and maybe he can nudge them into asking something that will allow him to introduce really great evidence that hasn't been allowed in.

Also after lunch she was "crying" allegedly reading suicide letters (still want to see postmarked envelopes Biotch) but I think it may have been the fact she realized the Jury wasn't sympathizing with her.. She'd seen jury reaction when answering their questions ie no love there for her... OR

Maybe she asked DR how you think it's going & they said well... well definitely add blah blah to the appeal :floorlaugh:

I thought about this and I think Nurmi passed the ball to Martinez so he could get a preview of what to expect from the prosecution. He's got several days to try to fill all the holes in Jodi's story - and after the jury questions it's become more concrete - there are so many holes in her story. I think he proceeded so slow after the jury questions because I don't think he knows what the heck to ask her to help herself at this point. I mean, the most far fetched question Nurmi put to her was asking her whether she thought about "destressing" Travis when she was supposedly in fear of her life! What an unbelievably, outrageous question to ask?!! What was he thinking? :banghead:
Makes me think he doesn't know what to do or how to defend her at this point. The guy needs to regroup. No doubt.

One final note for tonite (maybe lol). It was kind of a mystery to all of us why Nurmi passed the ball for the last few remaining minutes to Martinez at the end of the day. It was odd, not expected. Almost like he was doing an intentional fumble. Did it read like that to the rest of you?

With his slow motion Nurmambic Pentameter he surely could have nurmed up a few more slow drawn out questions but he kind of quickly ended up and tossed it to Juan. WHy I wonder?

Beth thought it was maybe cuz he wants all his experts together for a 4 day stretch. But that means 2 full days next week of....Juan crossing these jury questions? (ok that would send me in to some kind of pop rock heaven if you get my drift) But...anyway, kind of an unsolved mystery.

IMHO I think Nurmi passed the ball to Juan to see he had up his sleeve. This way the defense would have many days to come up with some kind of solution (ie, she spent 19.00 on food, or maybe some poor person came along and begged for 5 gallons of gas, and she's so generous ya know).

I don't see much wiggle room on the walmart return - I think the jury knows she blatantly lied.

Anyway, I think that's what Nurmi's motive was.

JM is on a roll, and I'd bet dimes to donuts he has probably subpoenaed the sales slips from the gas station for that night, and that there will show a purchace for gas for that amount at that time on the slips.
