I will share I have a $200 check in my purse right now for the fam from a Wser and another one on the way from friends of mine who aren't even trial watching- so good! They are in dire need right now so all help directed their way appreciated

Average person not sophisticated to fake a test. A sociopath is not an "average person" Dr.

JA looks very alert.

Tri not taking usual notes ..almost none.

JL writes "yesterday juror CHeech (we call Poquito) had a lollipop when he came back from lunch! Then she whispers to me "tootsie pop". It's dangerous seating me next to her. I have to suppress inappropriate LOL's all day.

Reporters behind me (male) saying "she's cute" re: JW (blech)

He didn't type the yes in the form...then who did?

So we are to believe this expert and his test taking and all HIS various errors along the way?

He laughs inappropriately re: why experts don't give raw data to attorneys and not one juror cracks a smile.

Why did he go to administer a test without an answer sheet with him?

I think I read where the answer sheet costs money to purchase? Excuse me if I'm wrong. So it was answered by Jodi on yellow lined tablet paper and he transferred her answers to the form/answer sheet. Funny his evidence didn't appear or didn't have dates on them. This guy is slimey. This Gidget is done.

Jury not buying this her lying on the test BS. It's like someone cheats on a test then spins it to even though they copied someone else's paper, their answer would have been the same so they deserve the same grade. BS!

JL grabs journal: I don't think the jury is going to consider any part of all this test business because it was all done under false pretense. I don't even think they willl consider his testimony at all.

Jury adjourns early!

Two things of note that I will post more about later:

1. Beth Karas is going to be in NYC this weekend in a big production where she will be singing and dancing for charity! She told us all about it and I want next year to go and get a WS table for it. She's the VP for this charity organization and is very passionate about it...more later , as I need to look everything up.

2. PASA and I are working on a little fund raising idea to raffle or auction off a copy of New Times with this photo I'm gonna post on it...autographed by the writer, Ray Stern!

Stay tuned............now off to bath and bed....court again tomorrow for juror questions. fftobed:

A few questions re yesterday. Apologies for being kind of wordy.

• It seemed pretty obvious that after letting them (esp the DT) get away with murder (so to speak) with all the speaking objections and speaking over the speaking objections the judge must have dressed down both sides, as late in the day Martinez was biting his tongue to be succinct on objections. Did you hear anything about what was said in that regard? The DT always "commenting" after objections would be viewed as insulting by most judges, wouldn't it? I hope she chops this off.
• Was the judge asked when she called it a day to instruct Gus Jr not to have any contact with the DT directly or indirectly about the jury questions? I wouldn't put it past them to find a way to drop him a few hints about the biggest 'gotcha' questions he will face.
• How frustrated is JM becoming with JW and how the judge has let this get so out of control? It seems there was this endless stream of situations where JW couldn't figure out how to ask a proper question. So then she gets granted a sidebar where she must whine that to be fair since this is a DP case and all, the judge must help her figure out how to get it in. And 9 times out of 10 that's what happens. It's just ridiculous.

Another think I noticed tonight on JVM, they were showing video of when she was arrested and sitting on the floor in the interrogation room. She started flinging her hair from front to back since she wasn't allowed to comb it before having her photo op. I can tell you one thing, there is nothing in God's world the matter with her supposed shoulder injury. I use to do this when my hair was long and one day I whip lashed my neck. With any neck/shoulder injury I highly doubt she'd be able to whip her head like she did.

I have a neck and shoulders injury and sometimes I try to whip my hair back over my shoulder to get it out of my face... and believe me... and it's with pain you see me wince and grimace...

One thing I find fascinating. During the prosecution CIC the questions to the witnesses were short and sweet, especially to Travis gf #2, can't think of her name at this time which reaffirmed that Travis was always a perfect gentleman to her.

Once the defense CIC started, the questions started flowing like Niagara Falls.

I totally agree with that sentiment. OTOH, it allows JM to get another crack at this fraud.

It is disgusting that the witness/defense team gets to prepare their answers to jury questions. absurd. however, more important than the answers, are the questions, which will give us great insight into how they view this witness (can't imagine he is held in high esteem by these jurors)
