That is when people generally crash in to grieving. That is when the family will still need a lot of support...after she's convicted and sentenced.

The legal team also greatly appreciate all support. They NEED this familyl sitting front and center in the courtroom. It means a great deal to the case and trial which I know very very well.

I received a personal message through a third party how much they appreciate what I'm doing for the family and was asked to identify myself to Det. Flores in court as he wanted to know who I was. So that's why I gave him a little wave as I walked out and he smiled so brightly and waved back. These are professionals but these are REAL PEOPLE too. Special people who really care about this case and Travis' family. Supporting the family supports them too.

Blackmail and humiliation threats - but that fateful night she gave him one last chance to 'conform and pick her' and when he didn't she had her plan and carried it out. I even wonder if she posted the tape and made it private with a link and sent it to him. On youtube, you can post three ways:
1. Public
2. Private - only viewable with a link
3. Private and not searchable - totally locked down.

I will clarify all of this today...what Sam wants as the best place to send donations. Anytime of course anyone can send a check to me and I will hand deliver it and get you a personal response. I'm happy to do that as it makes me feel good to see their face when I hand it to them. My client yesterday handed me two 10's after hearing about them and I brought it right to the courthouse and gave it to Sam. I'm glad the camera wasn't on THAT, people would have been all atwitter about what kind of deal was going down there.

Told the story in his blog or motivational events of child abuse while mother was coming off drug binges.....Travis said, "he would give his mother his back because it didn't hurt as much"

Frenzy attack of knife wounds to the back of the head and 9 wounds to the back. Did Travis give Jodi his back? at the sink while coughing up blood/fluids?

Travis was robbed and told the story of having a gun to his temple, told it in a video and motivational speaking event. Terrifying story.

Large group has now assembled for the gallery and just saw the families and lawyers enter the courtroom. Hope I don't get the cleaned up vomit area seating!

Ok my ? What was the reaction to the new "info" added (or quickly made up BS) that JA had knife to her throat at 13??????

Seems to me SHE would have brought this up while on Direct reciting her novella "JA this is my Dr appt life so please don't kill me"!

I find this extremely suspicious especially as it came out in redirect AND NO EXACT REFERENCE TO WHERE INFO WAS OBTAINED! IE the Doc didn't say according to police interview of brother xyz on 123 date he states blah blah

Was the Jury a flurry of notes? Was the media a flurry of notes?

I have a friend who scowls all the time. She is the funniest person and so very sweet. She just has that face that would make to turn around if you didn't know her.

I also have a permanent furrow between my eyes from the expression I make when I'm concentrating. It makes me look like I'm mad or grumpy or scowly when nothing could be further from the truth. Actually, I'm a pretty lighthearted person! Maybe I should consider a little botox.

Every donation helps, thank you! My donation wasn't large but it is what I can afford. I got a hug and thank you the next day from one of the family.

The donations help them afford a place to stay for the night, food, and gas.

The time this trial has lasted may also be affecting their earning power, even if salaried. They may be running out of sick/vacation/medical leave time.

So on top of expenses for a trial held away from home, they may be losing income, but hopefully not jobs.

To our friends in the courtroom, please let this family know that they are embraced by all of us.

Yep saw Hughes on DrD which I thought they were on gag order? Maybe that's just Schylar? Curious because I'd think Clancy wouldn't be able to do interviews either I know was it DH? With gun video told no court attending or interviewing?

That's interesting I was wondering if the sex tape pps in court wasn't her black mail tape because it's edited so heavily to make TA look like bad guy yet it looked very simply made like some by novice not by prof DT could have had make it..

Couple that with the new nugget of info from the EF interview starting "John said (air quotes) TA dating.. desperate to get married"

What a SLAM to JA she's thrown herself, waxed herself, availed herself, inserted herself in his life, ran off competition & anything else to be "The One" yet TA desperate to marry wants nothing to do with her! Then she hears either from TA directly or really methinks thru her cyber hacking he's taking Mimi to Cancun & he feels she's the "The One"...

That there is THE MOTIVE in a nutshell!!!

PASA and I are cooking up a little fundraiser for the family this weekend. We don't have the details worked out just yet but we are going to auction off a copy of this article signed by the writer himself, Ray Stern. The artwork is crazy on the front!

There will be some other things we are raffling/auctioning off as a fundraise--100% proceeds to go to the family. There will probably be a matching donation involved. If anyone has ever done an online fundraiser with items to raffle off like this please any advice appreciated..we're just a couple of people trying to figure out the best way. We can even do a live drawing via the internet from our Rooftop happy Hour!
