Gotta get in that PTSD diagnosis no matter what, huh, Samuels.

It is obvious this guy has been allowed to throw in some lies and vague stories. I didn't believe Jodi's lie that Travis knocked her down, and I don't appreciate Samuels being allowd to support her story. JMO

Dr. Samuels really doesn't seem to understand Fight or Flee.

Jodi made a decision that wasn't instinctual at all. She didn't keep running. She made a decision to go get a gun and use a gun when she says she never used one before...it seems far from instinctual.

JA was seen mouthing 'number two' to JW & they have been seen smiling, etc in that direction. Just a friendly reminder, we are to try keeping this thread to q's & a's for our court room observers, donations & the likes. As I've been reminded, it really doesn't take long to refer back to earlier posts to figure out many of our questions...plus I learned the other day that by clicking on the blue arrow on the 'qouted' name, it takes me immediately back to that original post. It is my understanding that the mitigation specialist is a "professional". One would think she would know this was not to be done.

I have a question for the court observers!!: One of the questions about suppressed anger sound a little sympathetic toward Jodi. If you thought one of the jurors was sympathetic to her, which one would you think it would be, based on your observations?

I am not worried. As the jurors were leaving, people said one of them let out a huge cackle. I think Jodi and Wilmott were just looking at them. Juror #2 is Trump, and from what I read, he doesn't seem to like her much. I could be wrong.
